After I accept the terms in and press the next button during the Apple Developer enrollment registration process as an individual I receive the following error message:
"We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred."

I’m having issues registering my own Apple Developer accounts in both China and the US.
For my China account, my Face ID is already in use by accounts registered under two companies, which prevents me from creating a new developer account.
For my US account, my device SSID and handheld ID documents were used, and Apple Support advised that I can only register using a US identity.
I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but the problem remains unresolved.

My payment was successfully approved and processed by my bank. The amount has been fully charged. However, my Apple Developer account has still not been activated.
I opened a support ticket immediately after noticing the issue. It has now been 6 days, and I have received absolutely no response.
There is no active support in Turkey for this issue. When I try calling the Ireland support number, I can only reach an automated system — there is no way to speak to a real person. I currently have no direct contact channel to resolve this.
This situation is blocking my development work and causing serious delays. I have completed my payment in good faith, yet I cannot access the service I paid for, and I cannot reach anyone for assistance.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to escalate this properly, I would greatly appreciate guidance.

Member has access to App Store Connect but no access to the Apple Developer Program on the same team
I am enrolled in an individual account and have the appropriate previliges on the App Store Connect portal. However upon trying to access the Certificates page, it presents an error message "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID 'to which you belong"
My question is, is it possible while adding me to the team, it could possibly only have added me on the App Store Connect portal only and not also on the Apple Developer? How would I be explicitly added also through the Apple Developer account?

I am looking for guidance regarding a prolonged Apple Developer Program enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community or Apple Developer Support team.
I created an Individual Apple Developer account on 10 January 2026 and completed the payment successfully on 11 January 2026. Since then, the enrollment status has remained pending, and I am still unable to access App Store Connect, create certificates, or manage identifiers.
Here is what I have already completed from my side:
• Verified my Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
• Submitted all required information and provided proper documents during enrollment
• Checked for any pending agreements or additional actions in the developer portal
• Opened an official support case via Apple Developer Contact Support
• Followed up multiple times on the same case
Unfortunately, it has now been more than one month, and there has been no response or update from the Apple Developer Support team, while the account remains in pending status.
I kindly request guidance from the community and, if possible, visibility from Apple Developer Support regarding the following:
• Is there any direct escalation process for enrollment issues?
• Are there alternative ways to contact Apple when a support case remains unanswered?
• Could there be any additional verification steps that are not visible in the portal?

Hello Apple Developer Community,
I’m seeking guidance regarding a critical issue with our organization’s Apple Developer Program account. The Apple ID belonging to our Account Holder is currently inaccessible, which has effectively blocked us from managing the account.
We urgently need either to restore access to that Apple ID or have the Account Holder role reassigned so we can continue maintaining and updating our apps.
I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support but have not yet received a actionable response, and the matter is time-sensitive because our clients depend on our ability to manage these applications.
Relevant details:
Our enrollment type supposed to be converted to Organization/Company.
The Account Holder’s Apple ID is locked and cannot be used.
I have Admin/Manager-level access via a separate Apple ID.
Based on the official documentation, transferring the Account Holder role requires initiation by the current Account Holder, which isn’t possible under these circumstances. If anyone has dealt with a similar situation or knows the most effective way to escalate this with Apple, I would greatly appreciate your advice.

There is no problem with the password or account. I contacted support and they couldn't solve the problem. What should I do?
We received a DPLA compliance notification from Apple referencing Section 11.2(g) for our developer account (REVSTREAM LLC).
We responded promptly and have taken corrective measures to ensure full compliance. However, when attempting to send a follow-up message through the developer.apple.com/contact form (Membership and Account → Agreements and Contracts), we receive the error: "There was a problem processing your request."
We are unable to reach Apple Developer Support through this channel to confirm our response was received and to provide additional information.
Could the @Apple team please advise on an alternative way to communicate regarding this matter? We want to ensure we are fully addressing all concerns.

I'm stuck with enrollment. Tried through the website 3 times weeks ago - still shows pending, wasn't charged, never received any confirmations.
Tried through the app - the only option for identity verification I have is Driver's license (amazing), and mine is from a different country then my current residence. Tried uploading it anyway together with a residence permit - rejected.
Tried contacting them - the only option I have is an email, they always reply like once every ~4 days, constantly changing people responding who lose the context of conversation, ask meaningless questions and give ridiculous advices like "check your internet connection". Imagine waiting a week for a response and then this new guy hits you with "Do you still wish to enroll?".
$99/year for this premium experience.

We have applied for the Apple Developer Program under a government organization account. After submitting the enrollment, we received a confirmation email stating that the request was received and that we would be contacted after verification of authorization to bind the organization to the Apple Developer Program legal agreements.
However, it has been quite some time, and we have not received any further updates regarding the verification process.
We would like to understand:
What is the usual verification timeline for government organizations?
Is extended verification common for government entities?
Is there anything additional we should do from our side to help move the process forward?

Hi there, I'm trying to build my APP with EAS, unfortunately I can't log in the 2FA. I get the call from apple giving me the 2FA code and I enter it correctly but if gives me an error. So I read if I connect it to my laptop (macbook) it should work. However I try to connect my account to my macbook I just get another error:
Verification failed
Verification codes cannot be sent to this phone number at this time. Please try again later.
I suspect it is because I get the codes via voice call and not SMS. However: 1. I can't log into my account anymore as the 2FA always fails now. 2. I can't get SMS on my number. 3. I can't change number, there is also always an unknown error if I try that.
This is pretty frustrating especially given I already paid the 100€ for the developer account.

I'm trying to enroll in Apple Developer and I continuously getting a "Payment Declined" message despite trying 4 credit cards, a debit card and even my apple card. When I try this through the developer app the "Enroll Now" button is greyed out. It's not a bank issue I've already checked and they don't see any requests coming through.
I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Contacted Apple support and they are extremely slow with the responses with very little help. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

It is the second time I am trying to create a Developer account and having the same issue.
First time, my account was "pending" for weeks until the payment were refunded to my account.
I called to Apple Store, which told me the issue could be with the bank processing.
I called the bank, which said the issue could be with Apple processing.

I’m looking for advice from anyone who has gone through a similar experience with Apple Developer Program enrollment.
I initially enrolled as an individual and submitted a request to migrate the account to an organization under Thriveage Wellness Private Limited on Monday, January 15, 2026. After a few follow-ups, I was informed that I needed to submit documents linking my individual account to the company account. I provided the requested documents within 30 minutes of that communication.
Since then, the enrollment status has remained stuck in “Processing” with no further updates. Support has informed me that they cannot provide any timeline for completion.
Over the past several days, I’ve contacted Apple Developer Support 3–4 times but have not received any response.
At this point:
It has been over 12 days since enrolment, and more than 3 business days since the last support update or email.
There have been:
No requests for additional documents
No phone call for identity verification
No explanation for the delay
This situation is blocking our ability to publish apps and move forward with business commitments.
Has anyone recently experienced an enrolment delay of this length?Is there a specific escalation path that helped resolve the issue? Should I expect a phone verification call, or is there something I should proactively request from Apple?
Any guidance from Apple staff or developers who have resolved a similar case would be greatly appreciated.

Enrolled via website for the apple developer account last Jan. 17 and got the e-invoice last Jan. 19. However, until now I still have not received any confirmation from Apple. I thought it was supposed to be 48hrs max only? Worth noting that I started the process in the developer app but had to withdraw it due to incorrect details but when I tried to enroll again, the button was disabled already so I had to do it via website. I also submitted 2 support tickets, one on Jan. 18 and one today, Jan. 20. Both no reply.
Anyone else here had the same problem or knows the solution?

One of my developers cannot accept a user invite. He's filling out the captcha and claims to have filled it out multiple times and had it correct.
His response was: "continue button is disabled"
Can somebody help me address this issue?
He's based out of Colombo, Sri Lanka if that helps at all.
