Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Admin not appearing in "Choose a Candidate" list for Account Holder Transfer
Hello, I am trying to transfer the Account Holder role to a different person on our team, but I am stuck in a loop. Despite the recipient being an active Admin on the team for some time, their name does not appear in the "Choose a Candidate" dropdown menu on the Apple Developer website. Here is our current setup and what we have tried: Recipient Role: The person I am transferring to is already an Admin (verified in Users and Access). Security: 2FA is enabled and active on the recipient’s Apple ID. Account Type: This is for an Organization/Company membership. The Issue: When I (the current Account Holder) go to Membership Details > Update Your Information > Transfer Account Holder Role, the candidate list is empty or does not show this specific Admin. We have investigated the Identity Verification requirement, but hit a dead end: The recipient logged into the Apple Developer app on an iPhone (signed into the same Apple ID and primary iCloud account on the device). In the Account tab, there is no "Verify Identity" button visible. The options visible are only: Create Profile, Notifications, Enroll Now, and Sign Out. We have already tried "Create Profile," but it did not trigger an ID scan or resolve the visibility issue in the transfer list. Questions: Does the recipient need to click "Enroll Now" and start a $99 membership application just to trigger the identity verification, even if they are joining an existing organization? Could the use of a personal email domain (@hotmail.com) for the Admin Apple ID be filtering them out of the "Candidate" list for an Organization account? Are there any specific steps to "force" the Identity Verification button to appear in the app for an existing Admin? Any guidance on how to get the Admin's identity verified so they appear as an eligible candidate would be greatly appreciated.

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, November 4th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. Thanks in advance for your help and feedback! — Martin

Payment Completed but Developer Account Not Activated – No Response for 6 Days
Hello, I’m writing this here because I’m honestly stuck and unable to reach anyone through official support channels. Order Number: W1466057949 Order Date: 18/02/2026 Case ID: 102824542025 My payment was successfully approved and processed by my bank. The amount has been fully charged. However, my Apple Developer account has still not been activated. I opened a support ticket immediately after noticing the issue. It has now been 6 days, and I have received absolutely no response. There is no active support in Turkey for this issue. When I try calling the Ireland support number, I can only reach an automated system — there is no way to speak to a real person. I currently have no direct contact channel to resolve this. This situation is blocking my development work and causing serious delays. I have completed my payment in good faith, yet I cannot access the service I paid for, and I cannot reach anyone for assistance. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to escalate this properly, I would greatly appreciate guidance. Thank you.

Enrollment Completed on iPhone but Web Shows “Complete Your Purchase” and Status Pending
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I completed my Apple Developer Program enrollment directly through the Developer app on my iPhone. The identity verification and payment were successfully processed. However, when I log in via the web, I still see the message “Complete Your Purchase,” and my enrollment status appears as Pending. The system seems to be asking me to proceed with enrollment again, even though the process was already completed on my iPhone. Could you please review my account and clarify the current status of my enrollment? Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards

Apple Developer Program Enrollment – Identity Verification Pending for Over 2 Weeks
Hello, I am writing to ask whether this delay is normal or if anyone has experienced a similar situation. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed the annual payment on February 4, 2026. On February 10, I received an email requesting identity verification. I uploaded the front side of my ID on February 11 through the official verification link. Since then, I have not received any confirmation or status update. On February 15, I contacted Developer Support through the website. The support page indicates that responses are usually provided within two days. However, I have not received any reply yet. I also chose the call option and was advised to wait a few more days. On February 20, I followed up again under the same case. As of today (February 25), my enrollment is still pending and I have not received any update. Has anyone recently experienced a similar delay in identity verification? Is this timeframe considered normal? Thank you.

Apple Developer Program Pending but It is Paid for and its been 48 hours
There has been quite a bit of posts mentioning this. Enrolled to the developer program, paid and money has cleared but absolutely no communication from apple on status or progress at all. Status still show pending and still prompting to complete a purchase. It's quite a terrible experience. If there are delays, is it possible to communicate what the delays are? If there is any progress, is it possible to communicate this progress? Only other option I had was - contact support, which stated I will receive a response in less than 48 hours as well, but that promise is broken too. Is there anyone from support that can assist?

Developer Program Enrollment Still Pending After 5 Days (Mobile Payment)
Hello everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on February 19th through the Apple Developer App. I completed my payment using mobile carrier billing and successfully uploaded my ID documents for identity verification. However, my account status is still showing as "Pending". I opened a support ticket regarding this issue on February 21st, but I haven't received any response yet. Since it has been 5 days and I am eager to proceed with my work, I wanted to ask if this delay is normal for carrier billing enrollments? Is there any additional step I need to take, or a way to expedite this manual review process? Any advice or help from the community or Apple staff would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Enrollment Stuck 45+ Days: Identity Verification Link Error "Sorry, you don't have access
Hello, I am seeking assistance with a stuck enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual). I paid the annual fee on January 7th and have an active subscription shown in my App Store (renews Jan 8, 2027), but my developer account remains inactive. The Issue: I received an email on January 12th asking me to verify my identity. When I click the "Upload ID" link provided in that official email, I am met with this error: "Sorry, you don't have access. Your account isn't authorized to upload files." What I've Checked: I am signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. The Apple Developer App does not show any "Verify Identity" or "Continue Enrollment" buttons in the Account tab; it only shows "Enroll Now," but that button is greyed out. I have tried multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome) and Incognito mode with no success. I have contacted Developer Support three times over the last month but have not received a response. My account seems to be in a loop where I am required to verify, but my account permissions do not allow me to access the verification portal. Could a moderator or anyone from the team please help escalate this? Region: Egypt Subscription ID: MQQ6N543ZS

Membership renewal
Hello. My developer membership is expired. I cannot renew because the renewal option/button does not appears in any device. A banner tells me: "Any apps you had on the App Store are no longer available for download and you can no longer access membership benefits. If you’d like to renew your membership to reinstate your apps and membership benefits, open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Sign in to your account, tap/click Renew, and follow the prompts. If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you’ll need to agree to it again after renewal in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." However, there's no "Renew" to tap or click anywhere in the app nor in the web. Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

Apple Developer Program payment completed but membership not activated
Hello everyone, I’m looking for some guidance to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program membership. About one week ago, I completed the payment for the membership. I received an email with the subject: We’re processing your order Wxxxxxxxxxx That email included the order details and cost, and shortly after that, I also received the CFDI invoice for the payment, so the charge appears to have been completed successfully. However, up to now: I have not received any membership confirmation email The membership does not appear under Subscriptions in my Apple ID It is not active in the Apple Developer app On the Apple Developer website, I still see the usual message as if the membership was not purchased: “Purchase your membership to continue your enrollment. Buy today” I understand Apple mentions that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process, but it has now been more than a week with no changes. Has anyone else encountered this situation? Is it normal to receive the invoice but not have the membership activated? Would you recommend contacting Apple Developer Support at this point? Thanks in advance for any help or shared experiences.

Enrollment Paid but Dashboard Still Shows "Subscribe Your Membership"
Case ID: 102824029037 Hi,Like many other complaints in Feb 2026 forum threads, I enrolled as Individual on Feb 15, 2026. Payment was successfully charged and I received the invoice. However, the dashboard still shows "Subscribe your membership" / "Complete your purchase". No activation/confirmation email has arrived, and I can't access Certificates or add my Team in Xcode. I've contacted support multiple times (requested phone call), but no reply yet. This is delaying my product launch – I need an immediate solution or timeline for activation. Thanks for helping

Apple Developer Enrollment Pending for Over One Month After Payment – No Response to Support Case
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I am looking for guidance regarding a prolonged Apple Developer Program enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community or Apple Developer Support team. I created an Individual Apple Developer account on 10 January 2026 and completed the payment successfully on 11 January 2026. Since then, the enrollment status has remained pending, and I am still unable to access App Store Connect, create certificates, or manage identifiers. Here is what I have already completed from my side:
• Verified my Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
• Submitted all required information and provided proper documents during enrollment
• Checked for any pending agreements or additional actions in the developer portal
• Opened an official support case via Apple Developer Contact Support
• Followed up multiple times on the same case Unfortunately, it has now been more than one month, and there has been no response or update from the Apple Developer Support team, while the account remains in pending status. I kindly request guidance from the community and, if possible, visibility from Apple Developer Support regarding the following:
• Is there any direct escalation process for enrollment issues?
• Are there alternative ways to contact Apple when a support case remains unanswered?
• Could there be any additional verification steps that are not visible in the portal? Any professional advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I cannot find the "Renew" button in the Developer app for iOS
Hi everyone, My Apple Developer Program membership expired back in September 2025. I am trying to renew it now (February), but the "Renew" button is completely missing from the Account tab in the Apple Developer app. I have already contacted Apple Support via email regarding this issue, but I haven't received any response yet. Here is what I have already tried: Verifying I am logged in with the correct Account Holder Apple ID. Logging out and logging back in within the app. Checking the web portal, but it just tells me to use the app to renew. Is there any way to force the renewal option to appear, or does support need to manually refresh my account status? Thanks in advance for any help!

Admin on Organization team but cannot access CIP
Hi all, I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled. Context Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization) My role in App Store Connect: Admin I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked. The Account Holder can access CIP normally. What I see (Problem) In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.” In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load. Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not. What we’ve tried / confirmed Membership is active (renewal date is valid) Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP Questions For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles? Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People? If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?
