Waiting for Review” since February 2.
My app has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” since February 2. I’ve tried the following: *Contacted App Store Connect support multiple times *Submitted an expedited review request *Resubmitting for review after 14 days Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response to either. Is anyone else experiencing unusual review delays right now? Is there anything else I can do to escalate this or get visibility into what’s happening? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Email Required for App review
My app requires Google or Apple login. The App Store requires an active email for review. How can the App review team access my email if it required 2FA? I don't understand how I can get an app reviewed it they need me to provide a code after they login? It seems ridiculous that I need to supply them with a test email, why can't they test with a dummy email? Is it just not possible to get an app reviewed if the app requires Apple or Google logins? Should I temporarily add the option for any email to setup an account and just make a dummy email and then after review asap remove the email login from the app? that seems like a lot of unnecessary programming just because they the need me to provide an email address and login.

How do I expedite an Apple Developer submission and reach support when encountering a generic 'ERROR'?
Is there an issue with Apple Developer expediting a submission, also I am unable to reach out to support without an error. The error is just a generic "ERROR" I cannot access developer support to reach out and describe the issue. This is everyone inside my organization using both a corporate network and personal network. Demo Content or Not for Submission
Hello. We've developed a compatibility engine for the App Store. We collect very detailed profile information from users and use this information to dynamically calculate compatibility scores with the help of AI, recommending users to each other. The app is newly completed and we don't have any real users yet. My questions are: We are at the initial approval stage, Should we submit a completely empty application, or will the reviewer account create accounts with matching genders? Should we create one or more fake users? We have profiles that we created as demos (to inspire users) and indicated with a badge as "demo"s, but these don't appear in the "Explore" section. Should we add these people to the explore section? Assuming the people appearing in the explore section are demos, should the "request to meet" button be active for these demo content? Should it be possible to chat with demo people? After the submission is approved, will we delete the fake people or remove the demo people from the Explore section again? Is this possible? Which approach is correct to avoid being perceived as "fake content"?

@AppleSupport Hey @AppleSupport / @AppleDevSupport, my iOS app Name:- HealthAlpha - One For All is stuck in Processing on App Store Connect since [08 December 2025]. I’ve waited + retried. I have already send emails multiple times but yet i haven't received any update. Could you please check this?, We were expecting our app to launch on 1st January 2026 but it's the end of February now still app is not getting reviews properly also the issues which I had mentioned to support agents are not solved yet. App Store Ratings and Reviews Missing or Disappearing
Hello everyone, We’ve recently noticed an issue with our app’s ratings and reviews on the App Store. Some users have informed us that they left ratings and/or reviews, but these never appeared. Additionally, we’ve observed some reviews disappearing after they were initially visible. We contacted Apple Support, and while they pointed us to the App Store terms and conditions—indicating that Apple has discretion over review removal—we’re trying to determine if there might be a technical reason behind this behavior. Here are some specifics: It has been a while since we’ve seen any new ratings or reviews, even though users have confirmed submitting them. Some reviews that were previously approved and visible have disappeared without explanation. We’ve ensured—to the extent possible—that our app complies with all guidelines and policies, so we’re ruling out violations as the cause for now. Since the app is still new, even a few ratings or reviews missing is quite impactful. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Could this be related to a known bug or technical limitation? For example, could regional settings, delays in processing reviews, or other factors be affecting visibility? We would greatly appreciate any advice on how to investigate this further or escalate the matter effectively. If you’ve encountered this before, what steps did you take to resolve it? Set base price and currency for app package in App Store Connect
For apps, I can select a base price and region (currency) so that prices for other regions adapt automatically, but for app packages I can only set a base price in USD. I just noticed that my app package wasn't visible on the App Store anymore because of an automatic price change which caused its price in USD to become invalid (too low), as it was below the highest app price within the package. Is it intended that I have to monitor price changes and manually correct prices for app packages? I created FB22093289.

I'm facing an issue with Xcode Cloud. Every branch I push to my GitLab repository is not appearing as selectable when I try to create a build with my workflow. App Clip card shows "App Clip Unavailable” after app release (Status: Received)
We are facing an issue where our App Clip card appears when scanning the QR code, but displays “App Clip Unavailable” even though the main app is already live on the App Store. App Details • App Name: ExpRE – Experiencing Reality • Main App Bundle ID: com.livingmedia.adplayer • App Clip Bundle ID: com.livingmedia.adplayer.Clip • Apple ID: 6758887250 • Team ID: 9NU8HZB68A Current Status: • Main app status: Ready for Distribution (visible on App Store) • App Clip Advanced Experience status: Received • App Clip Experience URL: https://aaj-tak-test-app.web.app Issue Description When scanning the QR code linked to the App Clip Experience: • The App Clip card with image appears • But the card shows the message: “App Clip Unavailable” Additional Observations • The default App Clip link opens correctly: https://appclip.apple.com/id?p=com.livingmedia.adplayer.Clip • Advanced App Clip Experience status still shows “Received”. • Also if there is testflight build then clip card work. But fresh install with QR with link show App clip Unavailable in card. Question Is there an additional propagation or approval step required after the status becomes Received for Advanced App Clip Experiences? How long does it typically take for the App Clip to become publicly available after the main app is released? In iphone developer I checked with Diagnostics in App clip testing.

Enrollment stuck in "Pending" for 15 days after payment and ID upload
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help or advice regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I subscribed and paid on February 3rd, but my account is still in "Pending" status. It has been 15 days since my payment was processed. I uploaded my ID documents for verification 9 days ago and I haven't received any updates since then. Has anyone else experienced such a long wait recently? How much longer should I reasonably expect to wait for manual verification?

Xcode 26 – Organizer does not show “App Store Connect” for watchOS standalone app (only Release Testing available)
Hello, I am trying to upload a watchOS standalone app to App Store Connect using Xcode 26.3, but Organizer does not show the “App Store Connect” upload option. It only displays: • Release Testing (Ad Hoc) • Enterprise • Debugging Project setup • Target type: watchOS App (standalone, not companion) • PRODUCT_TYPE = com.apple.product-type.application • PRODUCT_BUNDLE_PACKAGE_TYPE = APPL • WRAPPER_EXTENSION = app • SUPPORTED_PLATFORMS = watchos watchsimulator • Archive configuration: Release • Base SDK: watchOS The app does not depend on iOS. Hello, I am planning to distribute my iOS app as an Unlisted App. I would like to confirm the following: If users access the standard App Store URL in the format below: https://apps.apple.com/app/idXXXXXXXXXX Will users be able to reach the Unlisted app’s App Store product page via this URL? Or is the specific Unlisted distribution link generated by App Store Connect required for access? My goal is to ensure that in-app update guidance directs users to the correct App Store page.
