my apps waiting for review for long time no response
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my recent app submissions and updates. Currently, all my submitted apps and updates have been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status for an unusually extended period of time (over a month). Since this delay affects all my submissions, I am concerned that there might be an issue with my developer account, or perhaps my submissions are stuck due to a system glitch. Could you please investigate this matter and let me know if there is any additional information, documentation, or action required from my side to help move the review process forward? Thank you for your time, support, and understanding. I look forward to your response. Best regards

3 Apps Stuck in “Waiting for Review” (9–17 Days) — No Update or Follow-Up
Hi everyone, I’m opening a new thread because I previously posted about this issue and received a reply from App Review saying it was being investigated, but unfortunately I have not received any follow-up and still see no progress in App Store Connect. At the moment, all 3 of my apps are still stuck in “Waiting for Review” with no visible update: App ID 6759178103 — Waiting for Review since Feb 14, 2026 App ID 6758885884 — Waiting for Review since Feb 8, 2026 App ID 6758135741 — Waiting for Review since Feb 6, 2026 I do not see any warnings, Resolution Center messages, or visible account issues. Agreements/Tax/Banking are active, and the builds were uploaded successfully. Could someone please help check whether there might be a hidden blocker on my account or these submissions, or confirm if this is currently only a review queue delay? If needed, I can provide additional details immediately (bundle IDs, app category, sign-in requirements, encryption/export compliance, etc.). If anyone else is currently experiencing the same delay, please feel free to share your status here as well (date submitted / current status), so we can understand whether this is a broader review queue issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

"Waiting In Review" 10 Days
Nothing else seems to work, so making a post. App store reviews, been 10+ days of "waiting in review". I'm an Android dev recently into iOS and surprised that Apple has a $100/year fee and this kind of service. I can understand there might be lots of AI apps to review + holiday times delay reviews but this seems excessive. Requested expedited but to no luck. Would just like to hear something 🥹 This is just very frustrating. Can someone look into this?

App Review time clarification for submitted apps (ID: 6758546705, ID: 6756194410)
Hello, I hope you’re doing well. I recently submitted a new app (App ID: 6758546705), and an update for one of my apps (App ID: 6756194410) they are currently in “Waiting for Review.” I understand that review times can vary, and I truly appreciate the work the review team does. This apps are stucked in waiting for review already too long, so I was wondering if timelines are currently similar across the board or if they may vary depending on factors like app category or developer history. Also I have a critical bug fix in this app (App ID: 6756194410), so I just want to know approximately timeline of review of my apps Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your time.

Stuck in Review since January 26th
Our app, BeeBot (app ID 6451085742) has been in review since January 26th. We've done the following: Submitted a support ticket (no answer) Requested expedited review (no response, expedited review window came and went) Called support (no help, just told us to wait) This is an just an update, not a new app submission. I've been doing iOS dev for over 10 years and I never have seen review times this long. There's been no communication from Apple. What's going on?

Managed account can't upload with altool
I had a personal Apple account which I used to upload apps to App Store Connect for our company. I used altool with an app-specific password, like this: xcrun altool --upload-app -u mylogin%mycompany.com -p my-app-specific-password --file MyApp.ipa --type ios --verbose Recently I was asked to convert to it a company-managed account. Once I did this, altool stopped working, with the error "Failed to determine the appleID from bundleID com.mycompany.myapp with platform IOS. Unable to generate an Apple Connect token at this time due to a general error." The complete error log is below. I tried creating a new app-specific password, but had the same result. If I deliberately use the wrong password, I get a different error: "Failed to determine the appleID from bundleID com.mycompany.myapp with platform IOS. Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly." So I don't think it's a password problem. I can manually upload to App Store Connect using Xcode with this same account, so it seems like it has the right permission. Any idea why altool wouldn't work? complete output

App stuck in review for an extended time resubmitted an updated build
I’m sharing my situation in case others have experienced something similar. I initially submitted my app for review on February 4, and it remained in “Waiting for Review” for over 12 days without any feedback or request for additional information. I also sent a message through App Store Connect on February 11, but did not receive a response. To help move things forward, I’ve now resubmitted an updated build with clearer onboarding, improved permission explanations, and some minor UI improvements. I included detailed notes for the reviewer explaining the changes. I’m staying patient and cooperative, but I wanted to ask if others have encountered similar delays recently, and whether resubmitting helped unblock the review. Thanks in advance for any insights 🙂

Issue configuring non-consumable IAP
Hi everyone, I’m running into a recurring issue when submitting my app to the App Store. The app is made with Unity and contains a single non-consumable IAP. Said IAP works fine locally, and sandbox testing with Xcode works when we test the build internally. Here is the current behaviour: On Game launch, the paywall pop-up displays correctly, I can try to purchase the bonus content. I go through the whole mock payment process, it takes a little while to validate but it does go through. It asks me to “pay” a second time (as if the first one hadn’t been taken into account), there’s a bit of loading but the payment is validated. A pop-up tells me it’s confirmed. Back in game, the content is correctly unlocked and accessible. But during App Store review, the reviewers report that the in-app purchase button is unresponsive. The purchase cannot be initiated, and an error that says "Cannot initiate purchase because product was not found" or simply failing to start. Here’s what I’ve confirmed so far: The IAP product is created in App Store Connect and has the correct product ID. The IAP is correctly associated with the build when submitting the game's version for review. Paid Apps Agreement, tax, and banking info are fully completed and approved. Do you have any idea why the IAP would work while testing builds through TestFlight but fail validation? Anything we should look into? I feel the issue is due to a bad configuration on the Appstore Connect, but there aren't that many things to take into consideration there either...

Sandbox data loss after development team transferred
We recently changed the development team for our app and are getting ready for the first update since the change. We store a small amount of data in an sqlite database. From what I understand that data should be retained for users when updating the app version since the Bundle ID has remained the same. When I update the app from the currently released App Store build, which was from the old development team, to the latest build in TestFlight the data is not being retained. Is there something else that needs to be done to retain the data? Is it possible that the data is only being lost when updating from TestFlight but will be retained when updating the app from the App Store?

App Rejected due to third Party AI Service.
Hi All, We are facing App Rejection from Apple due to this - Guidelines 5.1.1(i) - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and 5.1.2(i) - Legal - Privacy - Data Use Issue Description The app appears to share the user’s personal data with a third-party AI service but the app does not clearly explain what data is sent and identify who the data is sent to before sharing the data. Apps may only use, transmit, or share personal data after they meet all of the following requirements: Disclose what data will be sent Specify who the data is sent to Obtain the user’s permission before sending data Identify in the privacy policy what data the app collects, how it collects that data, all uses of that data, and confirm any third party the app shares data with provides the same or equal protection Next Steps If the app sends user data to a third-party AI service, revise the app to explain what data is sent and identify who the data is sent to before sharing personal data with a third-party AI service. If it does not already, the app’s privacy policy must also identify what data the app collects, how it collects that data, and all uses of that data, including if it is shared with a third-party AI service. If the app does not send user data to a third-party AI service or does not include a third-party AI service, reply to this rejection to confirm and add this information to the App Review Information section of App Store Connect. We have updated on privacy policy and ATT as well as Nutrition Labels and we have added a consent screen for explicitly taking the user consent for AI Services. However we are still seeing the rejection. Has some else faced a similar issue and what are the steps they followed for this.

Testflight build processing for DAYS
I've submitted multiple builds to Testflight over the course of a week and all of them as stuck in a "Processing" state. Some extending almost a week at this point. Unfortunately I can't clear these, can't delete the app and restart the submission entirely, or anything else. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated, at this point I'm assuming something internal to Testflight is hosed.

Waiting for Review - Stuck
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice or to see if anyone else is experiencing similar delays lately. I submitted an update for my app on February 4th, 2026, but it has been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status ever since. Usually, the transition to "In Review" happens much faster for my previous updates. Here is the timeline so far: • Feb 4th: Submitted the update. • Feb 13th: After 9 days of silence, I opened a support ticket to inquire about the delay. • Today (Feb 23rd): Still no response to the ticket and no change in the App Store Connect status. I haven't received any requests for additional information. Has anyone else encountered such a long wait time recently? Thanks in advance for your help!

Do App Reviewers actually read review notes/attachments? Should I reply or resubmit?
Hi all, Quick question for folks who have dealt with App Review: When a rejection seems based on a misunderstanding, do reviewers actually read the additional context we provide in App Store Connect (Review Notes, Resolution Center replies, and any attached documents/diagrams/videos)? I’ve already explained the situation more than once and provided supporting material, but the rejection reasons keep repeating. I’m trying to understand the most effective next step: Is it usually enough to reply in the Resolution Center and ask for escalation / clarification? Or in practice do you often need to submit a new build / resubmission (even with no changes) to get a fresh look? If you don’t upload a new version, do reviewers still continue the conversation and re-evaluate based on the notes/attachments, or does it tend to stall? Any insight on what tends to work best (and what doesn’t) would be appreciated. Thanks!

Apps Stuck in 'Waiting for Review' for 12+ Days — IAPs Also Blocked
Hello everyone, I am hoping someone here can share some advice or has experienced a similar situation. I am an individual developer and two of my apps have been stuck in 'Waiting for Review' status for over 10 to 12 days now. Prior to this, the review process was moving normally and I was receiving feedback from Apple on both apps. Then suddenly everything stopped and both apps have been sitting in the queue with no movement and no communication from the review team. To make things worse, I am also unable to delete these apps or make any changes because their In-App Purchases are simultaneously under review, which is locking me out of managing my own apps entirely. I already created a support case specifically for App Review (Case ID: 20000111755276) over a week ago, but unfortunately I have not heard back anything from Apple at all — no acknowledgment, no update, nothing. I am based in Pakistan and the phone callback option is not available for my region, so email and this forum are essentially my only options to get any help. Has anyone else experienced such a long delay recently? Is there anything else I can do to get this moving or at least get a response from the review team? Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Account Not Activated After 7 Days
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program, and my payment has already been processed. However, it has now been over 7 days, and my account is still showing as pending/not activated. I have not received any additional instructions or requests for verification via email, and I’m unsure what is causing the delay. Could someone please clarify: Is this delay normal? Are there any additional steps required from my side? How long does activation typically take in this case? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Error loading products on iOS TestFlight app
We've built an app for iOS using Unity that has in-app purchases. The flow correctly works for Android - no issues at all. Now we've been testing in TestFlight and can't get it to load ANY products. The only message we are getting is "Retrieve Products failed, and could not retrieve any products." - considering the exact flow works fine on Android I would assume the code for loading products itself is not the problem. It is a first version/submission, so the app itself is fresh and hasn't been released prior. The agreements are active (Paid Apps, bank account, W8-BEN-E, etc.), it's using a distribution certificate and has the IAP capability when uploading, so we're kind unsure where to look to at this point.

My App stuck in Waiting for Review since 5 feb 2026
Hello, I submitted my app for review on February 5 at 1:53 PM, and it is still currently showing as “Waiting for Review.” I understand that App Store reviews can take time; however, I’ve noticed that my recent submissions have been taking around 10–12 days before the review process begins. I wanted to check if there might be any specific issue or reason for this delay. Historically, my apps have only had minor review feedback (for example, small metadata or description adjustments), and no major compliance issues. For initial reviews of new versions, the waiting time seems significantly longer than expected. I would appreciate any information or guidance you can provide regarding this. Thank you for your support. Best regards, Raj

App review status inquiry (ID: 6758112873)
Dear Apple review team, I hope this message finds you well. I understand the team must be incredibly busy, and I appreciate the hard work that goes into maintaining the app store's quality and standards. I'm writing to kindly inquire about the status of my app (ID: 6758112873), which has been in "Waiting for Review" since February 3rd. If there is anything I can do on my end to help move things along, I'm happy to assist. I submitted the app at the end of January and shortly after resolved a small issue with in-app purchase products that had not been included in the initial submission. I wanted to flag this in case it's relevant to the review. I should mention that this app is designed to improve patient care in a hospital setting, and once approved, it will also be used in support of ongoing research. For this reason, a timely approval would be particularly appreciated. Thank you for your time! I appreciate it. Warm regards, Filip
