Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Apple Developer Program Enrollment Pending for Over 3 Weeks (Identity Verification)
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on February 1, 2026. I completed payment, signed the agreement, and uploaded my government-issued ID after support requested identity verification. I received confirmation that my documents were received, but my membership is still pending. It has now been over three weeks with no activation or clear update. I have contacted support multiple times and even called, but I am still waiting. Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? Is this normal for identity verification in certain regions? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Enrollment Is Stuck on “Pending” despite multiple attempts to contact support.
Issue: I have completed Apple Developer Program three separate times and paid twice: Feb 17, 2026 Feb 20, 2026 Feb 27, 2026 Case IDs: 102826219361 102831748980 I received an Order Acknowledgement email each time stating processing within 2 business days. However: My account still shows “Complete your purchase” My membership has not been activated I have received no follow-up or activation email Multiple support emails received no response. This appears to be a backend enrollment fulfillment failure or a failure on apple supports part, not a payment failure. I need this escalated to the Developer Program Enrollment team for manual review and activation. This is blocking my app development, and frankly the lack of communication is unacceptable for a company like Apple.

Apple Developer Program (Individual) enrollment stuck — no response after ID verification
Hi, I’m enrolling as an Individual in the Apple Developer Program and my enrollment is stuck on “Program Enrollment”. Apple Support Case ID: 102825406888. Apple Support asked me to submit my national ID, which I already did, but my account is still not activated and I haven’t received any update (it’s now been several days). Is there any recommended next step to get this escalated to the Developer Program Enrollment team or to confirm the current status (Approved/Pending/Rejected)?

Enrollment Completed on iPhone but Web Shows “Complete Your Purchase” and Status Pending
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I completed my Apple Developer Program enrollment directly through the Developer app on my iPhone. The identity verification and payment were successfully processed. However, when I log in via the web, I still see the message “Complete Your Purchase,” and my enrollment status appears as Pending. The system seems to be asking me to proceed with enrollment again, even though the process was already completed on my iPhone. Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, February 15th, 2026. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email/phone without any response, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. Apple Developer Program Membership Fee Deducted but Not Reflected in Account
Hello, I’m facing an issue while trying to purchase the Apple Developer Program membership and would appreciate some guidance from the community. I attempted to make the payment using UPI. Initially, it failed multiple times with an “incorrect PIN” message, even though I was entering the correct PIN. Later, I used the wallet option and completed the payment successfully via Google Pay. The amount of ₹8,700 was deducted from my bank account. However, after the successful transaction: There is no confirmation in my Apple Developer account. It still shows that the membership fee is pending. When I try to pay again,I see the message: “Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support.” Also, I did not see any option to pay using a credit or debit card. The only available options were UPI and Net Banking. I would like to know: Has anyone faced a similar issue before? How long does it usually take for such payments to reflect? What was the solution in your case? How did you get confirmation or resolve this with Apple? I have already contacted Apple Developer Support and am waiting for their response. Any suggestions or shared experiences would be very helpful. Thank you.

Enrollment Status/Error: After submission, I received the "Contact us to continue your enrollment" prompt. Case Number: 102720548696 Support Experience: The case has been handled by multiple support staff (Migeylis, Alex), all of whom have provided identical, non-specific template responses, failing to address the core problem. It appears the conflict between my Apple ID region (Türkiye) and my UK physical address/Turkish passport documentation is the likely cause. I am seeking clarification on whether this is a known issue for developers with mixed international details and what concrete steps are required to resolve this ambiguity. Apple Developer Membership Renewal Stuck at 503 Error
Hi everyone, I'm a developer from China, and my Apple Developer Program membership is currently in the renewal period. When I click the renewal button from the banner at the top of the Apple Developer website, the page redirects but consistently shows a 503 Service Unavailable error. This has been happening for several days now. I've already tried: Switching to different devices or Changing network environments Unfortunately, the issue persists in all cases. Apple developer account refund
Based on recent events - with proof available in the review section - it’s clear that Apple has completely halted the release of new apps to the store for about a month. There are hundreds of threads on this topic, and Reddit is blowing up over it. Would it be possible for us to get a refund for the paid developer accounts? That would be very fair, as we haven’t been receiving the service for over a month now.

Developer Account Terminated — No Explanation, App Never Published
My developer account was terminated on February 26, 2026. Case ID: 102831495509 I'm a solo developer. My app (Reazy, a text-to-speech tool for students with dyslexia) was never published — I was still in the review process. I have no other Apple developer accounts and have never had one terminated before. The termination email cited "documented indications of fraudulent conduct" under Section 3.2(f) but gave no specifics. I have not manipulated reviews, used fake accounts, or engaged in any fraudulent activity. I genuinely don't know what triggered this. I've submitted appeals via developer.apple.com/contact with no response. Can someone please explain what was flagged so I can address it? I'm happy to provide any documentation needed.

Permissions issue - unable to contact support
I'm having a permissions issue in my Apple developer account and I'd like to contact support to get it sorted out but https://developer.apple.com/contact/ isn't working for me. I get an endless wait spinner and "ERROR:" in the top left corner (with no error message). Has anyone else ever encountered this and is there some other possible way I can get in touch with Apple Developer support?

Enrollment ID: N3YWJ93HS7. I paid $99 for the Apple Developer Program on Feb 23, 2026. It has been 3 days and my account still shows "Purchase your membership" at developer.apple.com/account. I cannot access App Store Connect. Previous case IDs: 102831115675 and 102831304416. Please activate my enrollment. This is blocking our app launch.

I’m looking for some insight regarding the Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed my payment (649 TL) 3 days ago, and my account status is still showing as "Pending." I have already ensured that my Apple ID name (Ulaş Cem Budak) matches my legal ID perfectly. However, I haven't received any activation email or requests for further documentation yet. Is a 3-day (or longer) wait normal for the initial activation in 2026? Should I continue to wait, or is it better to contact support via phone at this stage? Account migration from Individual to Organization pending for 3+ weeks – App updates blocked
Hello, I’m currently experiencing a major issue while migrating my Apple Developer account from an Individual account to an Organization account. The migration process has been ongoing for more than 3 weeks, and during this transition: My app release is delayed. I am unable to submit updates. I also cannot use the old (individual) account normally because it appears to be locked in this transition state. This situation is critically affecting our product launch timeline. We already provided all requested documentation, including D-U-N-S verification and company details. However, the account status remains in transition, and no clear timeline has been provided. My main concerns: Is it normal for this migration to take more than 3 weeks? Is there any way to temporarily regain publishing capability while the migration is processed? Is there a specific escalation channel for cases where the transition blocks production releases?
