Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment

Hi everyone,

I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, February 15th, 2026. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”.

It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information.

I already contacted Apple Support by email/phone without any response, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated.

Still no update.

I can't contact Apple developer support (Phone call or Email)

THERE IS NO RESPINSE

when try the phone call i receive this email : We're trying to call you at the phone number you provided, but we're getting a busy signal. We'll try to call again soon.

THEY DIDN'T CALL!

I contacted Official Apple Support, but they said they are not connected to the Apple Developer department and do not have internal access to reach them. I spent 15 minutes explaining the issue as if they were unfamiliar with it, and it led nowhere.

@Rakan3wad Have they responded? Is there any update regarding the matter?

I believe the phone number needs to be a US number, and mine is not. I am considering using Twilio to receive calls through a US phone number.

when i try to reply to @mehmetcbgl comment it shows this error "Your post couldn’t be saved. Please try again in a few minutes."

I’m also facing a very similar issue. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and made the payment using UPI. The transaction was successful, and the amount was debited from my bank account, but my account status is still not updated on the Apple Developer portal.

I haven’t received any confirmation email or activation update yet.

Please let me know if there is any progress on your side. I’ll also share here if I get any response from Apple.

I also tried making the payment again, but I’m facing a different issue.

Under the Account section, it still shows the option “Continue Your Enrollment.”

When I click on it, it takes me to the page where the button says “Subscription fee: ₹8700.00/year.”

But when I try to proceed, I get a popup saying: “Your purchase couldn’t be completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support."

So currently I’m stuck and unable to proceed further.

Let’s see what happens in your case after the second payment. Hopefully it activates soon. Please update us once you receive any confirmation.

Same deal for me, exact same thing only I am some days behind you on register/purchase. Zero response from support, regular Apple Support told me to use the contact option from the dev website and that no actual chat or call options are available for support on this.
