Hello, guys.
I am going through a situation in which an open validation appears in the system/developer mode and I would like to understand better if this is something normal in this process.
Could someone confirm if this type of validation is expected at this stage? I would also like to know what criteria I can observe to be sure that it is legitimate and that I can trust the activation.
Thank you in advance for your attention and help.
Thank you

I’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment since decemeber 2024 so now in June 2025 - 6 months of no solutions
We have tried all everything, emailed every possible support on developer website, tried mutliple cards and accounts, withdraw enrolment, re-enroll nothing.
We even spoke to local Apple Head Office to try and get help to no avail.
Customer senior management support even could not help or escalate nothing –
But I don’t know what’s really going on or what to do next
PLEASE HELP US
We are from South Africa

I originally created my Apple Developer account when I was living in Canada (years ago). Now that I live in the U.S. I want to renew it, but I can't - because it thinks I'm still in Canada. When I go to change my contact information, I get a screen that says:
"Unauthorized
Your account can’t access this page.
There may be certain requirements to view this content.
If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement."
What do I do?
We are developing an MDM solution.
In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult.
In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package:
Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)?
Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Hello Apple Developer Community,
We’ve been attempting to pay the Apple Developer Program enrollment fee for several weeks. Despite trying multiple browsers, credit cards, and devices, the payment consistently fails to process.
We also receive an error when trying to add a card to our profile. We've contacted support multiple times and have been assigned case number 102708816548, but the issue remains unresolved.
Additionally, we’ve been unable to submit a support request via developer.apple.com/support — the site either fails to load the form or does not allow us to proceed with a phone or email request. This has made it extremely difficult to escalate the issue through official channels.
We are a verified business and have followed all instructions provided by support. We’re now seeking help through the forums in hopes of escalating this issue or connecting with someone who has resolved a similar problem.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app.
Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta.
As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately.
My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.

We registered as a developer company (NGO) more than 50 days ago and it's still under review. We've already sent the documents, we've confirmed by phone, and every time we contact them we receive no information. They just tell us it's under review and there's no deadline for when this review will be completed. On the same day we registered with Apple, we registered with Google and our app has been published on Google for more than 30 days. We have no support or answers. Could someone help us to at least know a deadline for this review?
I'm trying to renew my developer program membership which got expired 10 days ago. I couldnt find the renew button anywhere on the developer app both in Mac and iPhone. Why is it very hard for a simple program renewal? Why cant this be done on a browser from anywhere?
Seriously frustrating, I have been trying to reach support through email but no response yet it's been almost a week and also there is no way to reach through phone.
This app was developed with NFC functionality enabled, and distribution was intended to utilize the iOS app by replacing the provisioning profile and certificate issued under a separate Apple Developer account.
However, since NFC cannot be enabled under the separate Apple Developer account, it is now required that the iOS app can be used with the standalone ipa file.
If we create our own provisioning profile and certificate to enable standalone operation of the ipa file, we need to confirm where this might conflict with Apple's licenses or policies.
Hello, Preparing to use the app attest service documentation suggests we call attestKey(_:clientDataHash:completionHandler:) fewer than 100 requests per second.
I had a question - Our app might theoretically hit this limit on launch. Would Apple be able to relax these limits or is this a hard limit?
for over 2 months, I have peen trying to purchase apple developer account, I have submitted duns number, they also requested other verification details which I have submitted over 2 months, and I have tried chatting apple support and they keep telling me it under review for more than 2 months, currently they are not replying my chat

Hi all, I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled.
Context
Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization)
My role in App Store Connect: Admin
I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked.
The Account Holder can access CIP normally.
What I see (Problem)
In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.”
In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load.
Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not.
What we’ve tried / confirmed
Membership is active (renewal date is valid)
Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID
Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal
Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP
Questions
For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles?
Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People?
If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?

We renew our company's Apple Developer Membership annually. According to the update date of November 17, 2025, it's stated that renewal can be done 30 days in advance, but the renewal button doesn't show up.
Hi everyone,
I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday afternoon, November 11th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”.
It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information.
I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated.
Thanks in advance for your help and feedback!
— Ramesh

Hi, I'm from India and payment has been deducted for the membership and I have received an email confirming my subscription of the program but I still cannot access my enrolment dashboard. It says "You'll receive an email soon" in my Apple Developer app under "Enrol" and it says Pending on my Apple Account on web. I don't understand why such as a small task is such a problematic thing for Apple. Need help understanding what's going on.
This typo appears in a two docs I can find. Is there a better way to notify Apple about this, than making a post here>
https://developer.apple.com/help/account/membership/program-enrollment/
https://developer.apple.com/documentation/enterpriseprogramapi/users
Also appears in some legacy docs, but that probably matters less: https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/documentation/LegacyTechnologies/WebObjects/WebObjects_4.0/System/Library/Frameworks/EOControl.framework/Resources/English.lproj/Documentation/Reference/Java/EOControl.Java.pdf

According to the thread at https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/787500?answerId=863361022#863361022, we should now be able to set VMs provisioning identifiers to run developer builds. However, the identifier check seems to be case-sensitive.
I have an identifier from an old VM that was input (automatically via Xcode) to the portal as all-caps. However, now it's showing up as all lower-case (on the device). When I try to launch my application, the system logs report that the provisioning identifer doesn't match, so my application will not launch:
# Error log
error 13:41:36.173151-0600 taskgated-helper embedded provisioning profile not valid: file:///Applications/my-app.app/Contents/embedded.provisionprofile error: Error Domain=CPProfileManager Code=-212 "Provisioning profile does not allow this device." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Provisioning profile does not allow this device.}
# Device's identifier
$ system_profiler SPHardwareDataType
Hardware:
...
Provisioning UDID: 9d136dc4ae3ce80124756cc5bcb40cd1117c04b6
# Embedded provision (from developer portal)
$ security cms -D -i /Applications/my-app.app/Contents/embedded.provisionprofile
<key>ProvisionedDevices</key>
<array>
<string>9D136DC4AE3CE80124756CC5BCB40CD1117C04B6</string>
</array>
I have tried disabling the previous record and adding it again (with lower-case) on the developer portal - but all that does is reenable the previous (all-caps) record.
Either the check needs to be case-insensitive, or there needs to be a way to change the registration on the developer portal to properly match.
