A year ago, I had an app published on Apple Developer, but I didn’t renew the subscription. Months later, when I tried to subscribe again, I started getting an error when trying to purchase the Apple Developer subscription. I've already tried different cards, and the error continues to appear. I'm really exhausted at this point. I’ve been speaking with support through chat and phone calls for almost three months, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I keep being told to wait 24 hours, then 72 hours, but the error is still there. I’ve contacted both Apple Support and Apple Developer Support, and neither team has been able to help. I’ve been trying to pay a $100 subscription for three months, and I still can’t complete the purchase. I honestly don’t understand how a company like Apple can provide such a poor experience for something as simple as paying for a subscription.

The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid for the membership through the Apple Developer app on my iPhone on January 20, 2025. The membership fee was successfully charged to my debit card. However, I never received any confirmation email, invoice, or receipt for the payment, and the subscription does NOT appear under my Apple ID subscriptions. As of today, my developer account is still not active, and I’m seeing inconsistent information across platforms: In the Apple Developer app, I now see a message saying that I can’t enroll with this account, even though the payment was charged. On the developer.apple.com website, it says that I still need to purchase the membership. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support via email, but I haven’t received any response yet. Has anyone experienced a similar issue where: The membership fee was charged, No confirmation or receipt email was received, The subscription does not appear in the Apple ID, And the developer account remains inactive? So I just managed to build one app for personal use that I want to use daily in my iphone. However, once installed in my device through XCode, after one week the application is no longer available. I'm aware about the one week trial for free users and one year for a paid account, but... for real? Isn't there an alternative? And if not... does it means that in order to use my app for let's say 5 years I will have to pay 500$? Is just a bit crazy to think about it but I did look on the internet and did not found a clear information about how this works. Thank you in advance :)

Hello everyone, I recently contacted Apple Developer Support regarding access to an older iOS beta build (specifically iOS 26.0 Developer Beta 1, build 23A5260u for iPhone 15 Pro). Developer Support confirmed that they can’t provide access to previous betas and advised me to bring the question here. My question: Is there any official or supported method for developers to reinstall or access older, unsigned beta builds for the purpose of testing compatibility or debugging legacy features? I’m aware that Apple stops signing older versions once newer builds are released, but I’m wondering whether programs like AppleSeed, enterprise testing frameworks, or specific partner channels provide legitimate access to prior betas for regression or compatibility testing. Hi, On Jan 23 I purchased the Apple Developer Program membership via the Apple Developer app on iPhone. The payment went through successfully and I received the confirmation email and invoice. However, when I sign in to developer.apple.com, my account still shows “Pending” and redirects me to “Purchase your membership / Complete your purchase”, asking me to pay again. My Apple ID subscriptions page shows the Developer membership as active (with an end date), but: Developer portal: Pending, prompts to purchase again Apple Developer app (Account screen): still shows Enroll Now / membership not active The web flow displays an Enrollment ID (I can share masked) What I’ve tried: Confirmed I’m using the same Apple ID everywhere Signed out, cleared cookies, tried private/incognito browser Waited well beyond 48 hours (it’s been ~1 week) I do not want to pay twice. This looks like a duplicate/unfinished enrollment or the paid membership not being properly attached/activated for my Apple ID. Has anyone experienced this and found a workaround? Any advice on the fastest way to get Apple to attach/activate the paid membership and close the pending enrollment? Thanks.

Every time I try to renew my Apple Developer account, I get a message like "This item is not available in your country or region." (I'm in the United States) I reached out to Apple Developer support via email (because Apple Developer does not offer phone options anymore for any support topics on the website), and they gave me the following response. "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." This is ridiculous! I have multiple apps on the App Store and in TestFlight. I use my Apple Developer account to make a living- how is this even allowed? I have never done anything to violate any terms or agreements. Has anyone else been through this issue and how did they get it resolved?

Phone support confirmed the documents were received, but there has been no progress for over 2 weeks.
