Hi Apple Developer Community, Since March 2nd, we’ve been trying to register a corporate account for our U.S. company. However, we stopped receiving any updates after March 18th. The last message we received was: "We have received your documents and we'll contact you when an update is available." We’ve followed up several times since then, explaining that we have an app launch and a marketing campaign scheduled for early April, but we still haven’t heard back. Here are our ticket numbers: 102547989016 and 102558098664. Has anyone else experienced something similar, or does anyone know how we can get some help? We’ve provided all the requested information and are really worried about the delay. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid the $99 fee. Before I could even submit my app or access any services, my Apple ID was locked without warning or explanation. I received no specific communication, and I am now unable to log in, request support, or access the developer tools I paid for. Apple has effectively taken payment without providing the service. I am a legitimate developer and would appreciate a review of my case, a refund, or a clear explanation of what went wrong.

Hello All I have been trying to enroll on the developer program on behalf of my organization however the enrollement order goes through and we never get a response back. I have tried it on a macbook and iphone 16. Are developer services un allowed for Kenyans or what is going on? As for Customer support, four emails sent to their team with zero response.

I had submitted an app for mac for Notarization. After i had submitted the app it stated, "Team is not yet configured for Notarization". After few days i noticed that i am unable to access the features of my membership. Although i had an active membership. I have been trying to contact support from Feb 11 but no reply. Kindly help !

My timeline: Initial application: October 2024 Initial follow-up: October 2024 Requested document submission: February 2025 Multiple follow-up emails: February-March 2025 Current status: No response for months I've been trying to enroll my small startup (LLC) in the Apple Developer Program since October 2024. After initially being asked for documentation, I uploaded everything possible (including company formation documents). Despite multiple follow-up emails over several months, I've received no updates on my application status or confirmation that my documents were even received. My case number is 102426005487 (sharing in case Apple Support monitors these forums) but as I've followed up several times, there may be more different case numbers. Has anyone experienced similar delays or have suggestions on how to get actual human attention on this issue? I've tried emailing to devprograms multiple times without success. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

My newly registered Apple Developer account has been unexpectedly blocked before I was able to submit our app. This is our first iOS app and I believe this may be a misunderstanding. Hi everyone! I’m trying to automate the Apple Pay setup in a CI/CD pipeline for a preproduction environment. Right now, we are generating manually the Apple Pay certificates for both the root domain and merchant ID through the Apple Developer Portal, then manually upload them to our preproduction servers. My idea is to be able to automate this process for this environment. I’ve been digging through docs and forums but haven’t found any way to generate or renew these certificates automatically via an API or any other method. Does anyone know if Apple offers something like this? Or if not, what’s the best way to handle this in an automated workflow? I've been thinking about a web driver, but I'm not a big fan of this kind of solution. Thanks a lot for any ideas or advice!

Hi Apple Developer Team, I’m a developer based in South Africa. I initially submitted my enrollment for the Apple Developer Program (Individual) last week Thursday (May 2nd, 2025). The enrollment was then withdrawn by Apple, asking me to re-apply - which I did. Unfortunately, the same issue persists. I entered valid payment details during the re-application. No payment has been deducted. The enroll button on the Apple Developer app remains disabled. It has now been 5 days without resolution. We’ve even gone to the extent of verifying our banking setup and confirming that our card is enabled for international payments. Out of frustration, I have now withdrawn all enrollment applications. Please advise on how I can proceed based on the Case ID I have submitted. This delay is affecting our iOS launch, and I would really appreciate guidance on the way forward. Thank you.

Hi, We’ve encountered a bug in the payment form and are currently unable to complete the payment for our Apple Developer Program enrollment. When we go to https://developer.apple.com/enroll/purchase, I check the checkbox and proceed by clicking Purchase. This takes us to the next page: https://secure6.store.apple.com/nl/shop/checkout?_s=Billing-init On that page, we’re asked how we want to pay (the page is in Dutch), but the form gives the following issues: Street name: Error message says I need to enter bank details (even though this is the address field). Postal code: Error message keeps asking for the postal code, even though it’s filled in. City: Same issue – the field is filled in, but the form shows an error. Email and Mobile: Error message saying I need to enter bank details (unclear why). Mobile number: It says I need to enter a mobile number, even though it’s already filled. Because of this, I can’t proceed to check payment and finalize the €99 payment.

Hi there, Last week i was finally able to get through and purchase my membership for the Apple Developer Program. The problem is, even though I already paid, it keeps saying: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now, Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." I've tried to reach out to apple developer support numerous times, but no reply whatsoever... What do i do at this point?

I made my first payment on 27 Feb 2025, but it was not activated after 48 hours I contacted developer support and they said they would cancel the registration and asked me to resubmit and try again 03 Mar 2025 I resubmitted the enrollment application 05 Mar 2025 I received the enrollment request has been accepted Then I successfully paid by credit card, but it still shows Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. 06 Mar 2025： The chargeback shows it's been canceled I re-paid today. Would anyone help why my account got terminated. I checked my app & it had simple text pricing typo should not be grounds for account termination. Even i made a typo in iap price the price of product on apple server was correct & when user try to buy item the correct price is loaded from apple sever. If this was the reason for the decision, I would like the opportunity to correct the issue rather than face such a severe penalty. We are trying to implement / test in-app purchase for our subscription purchase in the app. We have done all the steps listed in the documentation on apple's website; and Our subscription plan is sitting in 'Ready to Submit' state. We also searched online for a solution, and some of the forums suggest that we have to submit the app for review when adding subscription for the first time. It doesn't mention the same that in the apple documentation. It confusing. Help and guidance in this regard would be really appreciated.

The goal of the app is to raise students' awareness about their use of digital tools, especially by helping them better understand their screen time and how they use the iPads provided by the school. This app is intended for internal use only: it is not meant to be published on the App Store, but rather distributed through Apple School Manager to the school’s managed devices. I would like to ask: Which type of Apple Developer license would be the most appropriate for this use case? Should we go with an individual or enterprise account? Hi, here´s what I noticed for iOS bugs : red notifications badges go under App name above control panel and notifications panel are too clear and too transparent as we cannot distinguish what’s written with what is under. widget for hour sometimes doesn’t synchronise page scrolling lags somtimes. there is still no GPS/location shortcut in panel control. why not allow to chose previous design icon in the choice of design. Some new icon colors are so awfull ! transparencies and blurred design are often hard to read. the App precision design and contrast are less confortable for the sight. Apple car background image is not nice and seems to be dirty.
