Been trying to get into Developer Prgram since December 2025. And like many others, it seems the biggest tech company on the planet cannot streamline an enrollment program. Unless, it’s by design, to test your nerve? Anyways, I have now ended up paying twice, and still not even a squeak from support. There is no Developer Support phone number in South Africa, and mails go unanswered. How is this possible? $200 out of pocket, and nothing to show. Cannot even find a method for refunds. If there are steps to still follow or docs to submit, why take my money, then ask for more info?? But this black hole of SILENCE…. Now that skype is no longer, what other platform will allow me to call the US Support number from South Africa?

Hi, I tried to sign up for the Developer Program 7 times, starting on January 5th. It's now been a month. I contacted customer support, they said to try enrolling through the Apple Developer App. I tried that, it asked me to do an identity verification, which I did, successfully. Then the "enroll" button on the app got grayed out and it says: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit http:// developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/." I go to that link, I click "continue with your enrollment", I pay the $99, it goes through, I don't get charged anything, just a $0.00 authorization transaction, then get the "Order Acknowledgment" email, then nothing happens, it just goes nowhere. Please help. If there is anything I can do, or any more information I should supply for this to go through. I contacted support multiple times, but I don't get any response. My enrollment ID is DPTB3R8T2Z.

I purchased an Apple Developer Account on Saturday. It is now Wednesday and my account has still not been activated. I filed a help ticket but it has not been responded to yet.

I'm trying to enroll in Apple Developer and I continuously getting a "Payment Declined" message despite trying 4 credit cards, a debit card and even my apple card. When I try this through the developer app the "Enroll Now" button is greyed out. It's not a bank issue I've already checked and they don't see any requests coming through. I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Contacted Apple support and they are extremely slow with the responses with very little help. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Since last year, our company has been signing in new users to Apple Store Connect using our private email domain. However, since last week, when we try to sign in with this same domain, we receive the following error: "Your primary email address cannot end in @mydomain.com.br. Choose a different email address."

Hey everyone, I purchased an Apple Developer Program for 99 USD on January 1 2024, filled out my credit card that I use for iCloud+ storage plan, got my confirmation email that within 48h my developer account should be activated, but it never did. Plus after waiting more than 48h I wrote to support, describing everything, but never heard back from them. One thing I noticed during the checkout was I was asked for everything (name, address, CC number, expiry date) but not the CVV number. Is this normal, and would Apple be able to process the payment without it? I though about going through the enrolment process again, but am afraid of a double charge, in case my original enrolment gets accepted... Please advise and share your experiences when enrolling to the developer program. Thanks!

I’ve honestly never received service this bad from a company and I don’t say that lightly. This is the worst support experience I’ve ever had. I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a loop that has been going on for months: The Apple Developer app repeatedly fails during identity verification and tells me there’s an issue. When I contact support, they tell me they’ll email me instructions. The email says: “Please use the Apple Developer app to enroll.” I reply saying: “I did. It doesn’t work. The verification fails.” And the response is again: “Use the Apple Developer app.” Over and over, with no actual troubleshooting or escalation. This is not a user-error situation — I’m following the instructions exactly. I need someone to look at what’s happening on Apple’s side (verification/enrollment status) and give a real resolution path, not the same copy-paste response. I applied to the developer program under sole proprieter and received this notice: "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." I submitted two support requests to Apple Developer Support over a week ago and received the automated confirmation, but I haven’t received any follow-up or response yet. I tried calling various numbers at Apple, but am unable to get in contact with the department whatsoever. I use EAS (Expo) to build a mobile app. When I build for iOS, I need to supply my Apple credentials so that Expo can generate the necessary build credentials and validate them. For the last two days, I can't get past this authentication step: POST https://idmsa.apple.com/appleauth/auth/signin ⠦ Logging in...Error: Request failed with status code 503 I can't find anything online stating that this service is currently unavailable. Is there a problem? Any ETA on resolution?

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here has run into this before. I created an Apple Developer account and everything was working fine until Apple asked me to verify my work email address. The email is legitimate and matches my website domain. Apple did send me the verification email, and I received the code without any issue. However, when I entered the code, it repeatedly said the code was incorrect — even though I’m certain it was entered correctly. After a few attempts, I hit the limit and now see a message saying I’ve exceeded the maximum number of attempts (3). I contacted Apple Developer Support through the developer site about a week ago but haven’t received any response yet. At this point: I can log into my Apple ID normally with no issues I cannot proceed with enrolling in the Apple Developer Program I can’t pay the fee or complete setup because the email verification step is blocked It’s been over a week since the lockout, and I’m not sure how to reset the verification or trigger a new code. Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know how to get this resolved? Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

We are currently experiencing the following: Developers who are invited to Appstore Connect in the "Administrator" role and are members of the development team no longer have access to the team's developer resources at https://developer.apple.com Even after deleting the user and a new invitation, there is no access to the developer resources. The problem has existed since yesterday and can be traced in several developer accounts.

Hi, It is the second time I am trying to create a Developer account and having the same issue. First time, my account was "pending" for weeks until the payment were refunded to my account. I called to Apple Store, which told me the issue could be with the bank processing. I called the bank, which said the issue could be with Apple processing. Now again, trying it, and Pending... Anyone had this issue and could give me some help please ?

Whats the deal with apple taking money from people for a developer account and doing nothing about it. There's a growing number of users waiting weeks and some over a month who have paid for a developer account and are not receiving what they paid for. When trying to reach out to Apple they are ignored and never answered. Some would label this theft or fraud. Whats going on?

We are currently developing a research-based iOS application that relies heavily on background capabilities, specifically Significant Location Change. We are using CLLocationManager.startMonitoringSignificantLocationChanges(). During development, when using Debug → Simulate Location in Xcode, we receive a location update only once. Subsequent simulated location changes do not trigger additional callbacks, which makes testing and development quite cumbersome. Are there any tools, commands, or workflows (e.g., via Xcode, Instruments, or system-level simulation) to reliably simulate multiple significant location change callbacks for testing purposes? If there aren't such tools, how do I test this behaviour reliably, robustly and rigidly?
