I received an email confirming my order summary, stating that the payment would be processed within two business days and that I would receive a notification once it was completed. However, it has been longer than that, and I haven’t received any updates—no confirmation of account activation or payment rejection. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there anything I can do to check the status or speed up the process? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I'm trying to renew my developer program membership which got expired 10 days ago. I couldnt find the renew button anywhere on the developer app both in Mac and iPhone. Why is it very hard for a simple program renewal? Why cant this be done on a browser from anywhere? Seriously frustrating, I have been trying to reach support through email but no response yet it's been almost a week and also there is no way to reach through phone.

We'd like to give account holder role to another person in our team and when I tried to verify my account and post id photos in Developer app, I always got the next answer: 'Unable to Send Information, Your information could not be sent due to a connection error' with 2 buttons (try, cancel). Hello All I have been trying to enroll on the developer program on behalf of my organization however the enrollement order goes through and we never get a response back. I have tried it on a macbook and iphone 16. Are developer services un allowed for Kenyans or what is going on? As for Customer support, four emails sent to their team with zero response.

Hi everyone! I’m trying to automate the Apple Pay setup in a CI/CD pipeline for a preproduction environment. Right now, we are generating manually the Apple Pay certificates for both the root domain and merchant ID through the Apple Developer Portal, then manually upload them to our preproduction servers. My idea is to be able to automate this process for this environment. I’ve been digging through docs and forums but haven’t found any way to generate or renew these certificates automatically via an API or any other method. Does anyone know if Apple offers something like this? Or if not, what’s the best way to handle this in an automated workflow? I've been thinking about a web driver, but I'm not a big fan of this kind of solution. Thanks a lot for any ideas or advice!

Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? Hi, I have setup Apple SignIn on a platform i am developing and configure all the required Service IDs and redirect URLs. The integration worked up until I moved the platform to a new domain name last friday. I have reconfigured the list of allowed domains and redirect urls to the new domain name, and removed all the mentions of the former one. Since then, when trying to Sign In with Apple, I am greated with the following error : " invalid_request - Invalid web redirect url". I have also observed that if i manually change the domain name in the redirect_uri parameter but keep the rest of the OAuth URL identical, the error disappears. This should not be possible since the former domain name has been completely removed from the Service ID configuration. Is there a propagation time for this ? And if so, it seems very long (5 days and pending). I have checked and rechecked and tripled checked my configuration, every time by going in my dev account > Identifiers > Service IDs > Sign In with Apple > Configure, then clicking Done > Continue > Save. I can confirm that : the redirect domains and URLs there are correct, and no mention of the former domain name is present I can still login using the former domain redirect urls (so my implementation is valid, but the configuration is not up to date) the new redirect urls are still not working as of now https is included in the redirect_urls, no trailing slash is present. again, the same URLs but with a different domain name were configured and worked (if anything, still work) properly TLS 1.3 connection (i know 1.2 is a requirement) Any advice would be welcome

I have an application that uses WeatherKit for which I use the registered identifier com.[mycompanyname].[myappname] . I'm now developing a second application using WeatherKit, so I need to create a new identifier on https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/add/appId/bundle so that WeatherKit will recognize requests from com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]. (in this post, I'm using "[xxx]" instead of the real strings) When I go to create an identifier for the new app, I get the error message: An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value An App ID with Identifier 'com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]' is not available. Please enter a different string. Can anybody explain why I can't register the new app name, and how I can fix this?
