Hello,
I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and have already added $100 to my Apple account. However, every time I try to proceed with the enrollment, I encounter an error.
I have reached out to Apple Support multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. Each time, the case is escalated to a senior representative, yet no clear solution has been provided. It feels as though the issue is being passed back and forth without accountability.
Furthermore, I’m receiving conflicting guidance—Apple.com refers me to developer.apple.com, and vice versa—leaving me stuck without a resolution.
I would appreciate your urgent assistance in identifying and resolving this issue so I can complete my enrollment.
Best regards,
Gulf Now

I’m having issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. My original Apple ID was unable to enroll due to an internal restriction, and after multiple calls with Support (including L2), I was advised to create a new Apple ID and use the same enrollment code I was awarded for being selected as a Swift Student Challenge 2025 winner.
However, when I attempt to redeem the code with the new account, I receive an error stating that the code has already been redeemed. I have never successfully enrolled with the original account, so the code should not be marked as used.
I’ve tried working through Support several times, but I’m still stuck. Could someone please review this issue or issue a new code so I can complete my enrollment?
Thank you in advance for your help.

I want to leave the iOS beta program. Please apple, remove me. Also How can I get removed from the iOS beta software program? I mean leave the iOS Beta Software Program
Would anyone help why my account got terminated. I checked my app & it had simple text pricing typo should not be grounds for account termination. Even i made a typo in iap price the price of product on apple server was correct & when user try to buy item the correct price is loaded from apple sever. If this was the reason for the decision, I would like the opportunity to correct the issue rather than face such a severe penalty.

Hello everyone,
I recently contacted Apple Developer Support regarding access to an older iOS beta build (specifically iOS 26.0 Developer Beta 1, build 23A5260u for iPhone 15 Pro). Developer Support confirmed that they can’t provide access to previous betas and advised me to bring the question here.
My question:
Is there any official or supported method for developers to reinstall or access older, unsigned beta builds for the purpose of testing compatibility or debugging legacy features?
I’m aware that Apple stops signing older versions once newer builds are released, but I’m wondering whether programs like AppleSeed, enterprise testing frameworks, or specific partner channels provide legitimate access to prior betas for regression or compatibility testing.
Any insights or referrals to Apple contacts, teams, or individuals who may be able to advise on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Xavo Nizer

I am experiencing a critical issue with the Apple Developer Portal where certificates are being created under the incorrect Team ID despite being logged into the correct team context.
I am logged into the Apple Developer Portal under "Company LLC (Team ID: 12345678)"
However, when creating "Apple Development" certificates through the portal, they are being assigned Team ID "987654321" (my personal developer account)
This occurs even when explicitly creating certificates from within the Company LLC team context. The same is happening if I tried to create the IOS Development Certificate in Xcode, same issue, creates the certificate with the wrong Team ID
This is preventing me from Archive my app in Xcode so i can upload the new version of my App in the App Store. Please Help. Thank you in advance
Hello everyone,
I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see:
too many verification codes sent
At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited 10–15 minutes and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS.
I’ve double-checked that:
My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings.
My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages.
I can log in successfully via other Apple services (e.g. iCloud.com) and receive codes there without issue.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.”
Enter Apple ID and password.
Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.”
No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help.
Expected behavior:
Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number.
After entering it, I can complete the login flow.
Actual behavior:
I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly.
I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying.
Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding an issue with our organization’s Apple Developer Program enrollment. We’ve successfully created a developer account and our organization is verified through the D-U-N-S system. The D-U-N-S ID is correctly displayed in our Apple Developer account.
However, the enrollment status still shows: “Your enrollment is being processed.” It’s been 3 months, and we haven’t received any further communication or updates.
Has anyone experienced a similar delay? Is there anything else we should do to expedite the process?
Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

I'm trying to submit a support request to get an issue resolved in my organization's account, but both the phone call-back and email support forms are giving errors whenever I try to submit an issue.
The phone form just says "There was a problem processing your request.", and the email form says "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address, visit account.apple.com.". But the email address is hard-coded to my account email, and it's the main email for my company which I have been successfully using for months!!
How am I supposed to get in touch to get this blocking issue fixed when all contact methods require your to go through this broken form? I suspect the original issue I was contact support about also has to do with this, since it's titled "Email Verification".

I have enrolled for being a developer 4 days ago. My Enrollment ID: R2V23J5GYP. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 6th of March but there have been no updates since then.
I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. What should I do to get through?
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hi all,
I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response.
Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries?
Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

Thank you very much for choosing me to go to Apple Park to participate in WWDC. I am looking forward to participating in this event. May I ask you some questions? I am a young Apple Developer Program from China. And I am the winner of the Swift Student Challenge in 2024. I am over 13 years old. I used my own Developer account, not my parents', to apply for WWDC activities and all the events I carry out.
Since I am under 18 years old, my parents may need to sign the Special Event Parental Permission Statement. Where can I find it? My parents will sign it.
At the same time, I noticed that the bottom of the RSVP form requires me to guarantee that I am at least 18 years old, but I am not. And I used my own account to apply for WWDC, so I want to know how to meet this need?
I need a non-immigrant visa to go to the United States. So, I need to prove to the visa officer that I have received an invitation from Apple. Could Apple send me a formal invitation letter to prove that I have received an invitation from Apple? At the same time, as a teenager, I need to go to the United States with my mother, so can you mention the information of my guardian (my mother) in the invitation letter?
Ps: I am very independent. I am well aware that the number of people in WWDC is limited. My mother will not enter the venue unless otherwise required.
