Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this:
According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team.
There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says:
If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program.
So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this:
Log on to Developer > Account.
Select the correct team at the top right.
Scroll down to the “Membership details” section.
Look at the “Enrolled as” field.
If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below.
If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership.
If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us.
Share and Enjoy

I paid for an Apple Developer membership, but can only sign 3 apps and restricted to 7 day certificates. I don't even seem to have a way to verify if I am in fact enrolled in the developer program despite being charged for it
I'm using RevenueCat in a Flutter app to manage in-app subscriptions. On iOS, the subscription products load and display correctly when running in debug mode on a real device. However, when I upload the app to TestFlight, the products fail to load — I get an empty list or no products shown at all.

In the morning I enrolled in developer program and apple took my money from card and told me it is "being processed".
But in the main page it says
Purchase your membership.
continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now
purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.
So I clicked again and purchased again. Still I got the same email and checked it says " being processed" but money taken twice!!! Why are you giving me same option if it is processed!! Very bad design!!! Also it is still not activated

I made a developer account. I uploaded a photo id, it notified me that it will take 2 business days to get verified, but it has been already 2 weeks. What to do?
I have an application that uses WeatherKit for which I use the registered identifier com.[mycompanyname].[myappname] .
I'm now developing a second application using WeatherKit, so I need to create a new identifier on https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/add/appId/bundle so that WeatherKit will recognize requests from com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2].
(in this post, I'm using "[xxx]" instead of the real strings)
When I go to create an identifier for the new app, I get the error message:
An attribute in the provided entity has invalid value
An App ID with Identifier 'com.[mycompanyname].[myappname2]' is not available. Please enter a different string.
Can anybody explain why I can't register the new app name, and how I can fix this?

I enrolled to the apple developer account more than one week ago. Nothing!
After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing.
My enrollment has been withdrawn no activation nothing.
I made another request (although I am not sure that it is ok).
Can somebody help me?

Hi!
I completed the enrollment for my company on April 22, 2024. And since then we have successfully placed our application in the Store and continue to work on it.
On March 27, 2025, I needed to renew my participation in the Apple Developer Program and I did it successfully - I received a confirmation letter from you. However, later I discovered that my order was canceled and now, when I go to developer.applе.com, I am offered to go through the enrollment procedure! I'm confused! It is not clear what to do in such a situation?!
I will be grateful for any help!
When my users are using my app, I want to transmit encrypted information through a VPN, and I need to use the Packet Tunnel permission. How can I apply for the Packet Tunnel permission? Is it through a Hotspot Helper Request?

I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m getting an error:
"There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support."
How can I complete my enrollment?
When I try to contact support via Email, it necessary to select an organization. However, I have already joined two different organizations, but they are not mine. Without selecting an organization, I can't proceed.
Does anyone know a solution for this?
Thank you!

we have created an apple developer account on 30th April'2025 but still now it shows your application is in review
Hello everyone,
I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see:
too many verification codes sent
At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited from one to seven days and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS.
I’ve double-checked that:
My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings.
My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.”
Enter Apple ID and password.
Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.”
No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help.
Expected behavior:
Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number.
After entering it, I can complete the login flow.
Actual behavior:
I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly.
I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying.
Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything.
1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing...
Apple support suggests doing this on the app.
2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error"
Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario.
3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account.
Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario
4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address.
Again stuck in either the first or second scenario.
Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated?
Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request.
Many thanks.

We applied for the Apple Developer Program more than two weeks ago, and our application is completely stuck with no updates or clear next steps. Despite providing all required documents (Company registration, D-U-N-S number, ID verification, etc. and several times !), we are still waiting for approval, while there is nothing complicated (EU citizens, UK company)
We've reached out multiple times to Apple Support but have received no concrete answers or timeline for when our application will be reviewed. Meanwhile, we have successfully completed similar processes with Google, Meta, and financial institutions like banks or PSP, all within 48h !
How can a company like Apple treat its partners this way? The lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating and severely impacts our timeline. This kind of experience does not inspire trust or confidence in doing business with Apple...
🔹 Has anyone else experienced such long delays in the enrollment process?
🔹 Is there any way to escalate this to get an actual response?
Apple, please address this issue and provide a clear resolution.
Thank you.

We are a group of 10 friends using the same device and Apple ID, but each of us has a different account within the same app. We want to purchase the same auto-renewable monthly subscription plan, each using our own app credentials.
The issue: after the first person subscribes, the next user (with a different in-app account) is unable to buy the same plan—it shows "already subscribed" and only allows access after the next billing cycle.
We don’t mind the auto-renewal being charged each month by a different person. We just want each app account to have access to the same package independently, for 1 month each.
How can we achieve this without changing the Apple ID or device?

I contacted developer support and they said they would cancel the registration and asked me to resubmit and try again
03 Mar 2025 I resubmitted the enrollment application
05 Mar 2025 I received the enrollment request has been accepted
Then I successfully paid by credit card, but it still shows
Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.
06 Mar 2025:
The chargeback shows it's been canceled
I re-paid today.

Hello Community,
A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message:
"Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."
As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account.
I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response.
This matter is extremely urgent for me. If anyone has experienced this issue and successfully resolved it, please share your solution. I’d greatly appreciate any insight.
Thank you.
