Our developer account is unable to renew through the https://developer.apple.com
Hello, Our developer account is unable to renew through the https://developer.apple.com/account website. The account will expire in 8 days. When clicking the "Renew Membership" button to proceed to the order details page, I filled in the required personal information and electronic invoice details as instructed. However, after clicking the "Continue to Payment Method" button, the website became unresponsive. By checking the console logs, I noticed a 500 error occurred on the website. Since we specifically require an electronic invoice, the Developer app cannot meet our needs. The account is nearing expiration. Could you please assist us by temporarily extending the account's expiration date? Your support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

iOS 26 bugs
Hi, here´s what I noticed for iOS bugs : red notifications badges go under App name above control panel and notifications panel are too clear and too transparent as we cannot distinguish what’s written with what is under. widget for hour sometimes doesn’t synchronise page scrolling lags somtimes. there is still no GPS/location shortcut in panel control. why not allow to chose previous design icon in the choice of design. Some new icon colors are so awfull ! transparencies and blurred design are often hard to read. the App precision design and contrast are less confortable for the sight. Apple car background image is not nice and seems to be dirty.

New Trouble with Over-the-Air Installs
All of a sudden my apps made with my client's Enterprise account won't launch when downloaded over-the-air on iOS 17+, but WILL launch when installed over a wire. The usual 'trust' mechanism found under Settings>General>VPS and Device Management seems not to be available for over-the-air downloads. But it is available for over-a-wire sideloads! This seems not to be an issue with iOS 15+ Does anyone here know what to do about this? Thanks, Craig Umanoff

How to Convert Individual Apple Developer Account to Organization?
I am currently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but I would like to convert my account to an organization. I couldn’t find clear instructions on how to do this. Has anyone gone through this process before? What steps do I need to take, and are there any specific requirements I should be aware of? I’d really appreciate any guidance or advice. Thanks in advance!

Enrollment Delay After Completing the Purchase
I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment. Two days ago, I sent email and discuss my issue but still there is no response from apple team what should I do?

How to Complete the Apple Developer Program Enrollment
How to Complete the Apple Developer Program Enrollment I want to register an Apple Developer account. I've communicated many times with Apple technical Advisors via email but haven't received effective solutions. The most recent reply was: "经核实,我们已经将你的请求升级到相关运营团队,如果有进一步的消息,我们会尽快通知你。" Here's the English translation: "After verification, we have escalated your request to the relevant operations team. If there are any updates, we will notify you as soon as possible." Almost every time I get the same response, but there's been no progress. Could other developers in the forum give me some advice? How should I communicate to successfully complete the registration? Additional background information: I previously submitted my documents and passed the review, but encountered issues at the payment stage when using a credit card. I asked the advisor whether alternative payment methods were possible if I couldn't use a credit card—I just wanted to understand the options. However, my application was directly revoked and switched to applying via the mobile app, forcing me to restart the entire process. Now, I'm stuck because the mobile app keeps reporting errors. I hope to switch back to the web application instead. Currently, the web application portal remains unavailable. If any Apple technical advisors see this, please help address my issue. My case ID is 102573639542. Thank you.

Issue with Apple Developer Enrollment – Trusted Device & Subscription Conflict
Context: I recently encountered an issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program with my personal Apple ID, and I need guidance on how to resolve it. A few months ago, I helped a client set up an Apple Developer account because they didn’t have an iPhone, Mac, or even an Apple ID. To assist them, I created an Apple ID for them and used my iPhone (via the Apple Developer app) to enroll their account in the Apple Developer Program. Now that the project is complete, I have removed myself from their Apple Developer account and given them full control over the app. However, when I tried to enroll my personal Apple ID in the Developer Program, I was unable to do so. After contacting Apple Support, I was informed that my phone number is still recognized as the trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, preventing me from enrolling in the Developer Program under my own account. Additional Issues: When I checked my Apple ID subscription list on account.apple.com, I noticed that the Apple Developer Program Membership is still listed under my personal Apple ID. However, when my client logs into their Apple ID subscription list, the Apple Developer subscription does NOT appear under their account. Even though the Apple Developer Program subscription is listed under my Apple ID, I cannot access the Apple Developer portal (developer.apple.com/account) to manage my account, enroll, or create apps. However, my client CAN still access the Developer portal and create/manage apps, even though the subscription is NOT in their Apple ID subscription list. Problems: My phone number is still a trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, blocking me from enrolling my own Developer account. The Developer Program subscription appears under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, even though my client is the one using the Developer account. I cannot access Apple Developer features, while my client can—even though the subscription is technically under my Apple ID. Questions: How can I unlink my phone number and device from my client’s Apple ID so I can enroll in the Apple Developer Program? Why does the Developer Program subscription appear under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, and how can I fix this? Why can’t I access the Developer portal, even though the subscription is listed under my Apple ID? Has anyone faced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Unable to use API key to create new app in CI
Hi, We run an app house where we're creating a new app through our store for clients every few weeks. We've been using the Apple ID login through fastlane to create new apps in our CI, however we find having to log in to multiple machines every few weeks very frustrating, as it requires 2fa, and always seems to happen right when the system admins are on leave. We've tried to use the API key instead however creating apps doesn't appear to be supported, as we get a 403 error stating we can't use create. This was with the App manager role. Is it at all possible to crate an app using the api key, turn off the timeout on the ID Login or, automate this so we don't need to log in every few weeks?

Developer Program Stuck in UAE Region Despite US Apple ID
Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a strange region issue. My Apple ID was originally created in the United States, and I’ve already: • Set my Apple ID region to the United States • Updated my payment and shipping address to a valid US billing address • Changed the App Store country/region on my iPhone to the United States • Signed in to the Apple Developer site after all of the above Despite all this, when I try to pay for the Developer Program, the enrollment page still shows the price in AED (UAE Dirhams) and lists the region as UAE. Apple Support couldn’t fix it and told me to try the forums. I’m worried that if I go ahead and pay, my developer account will be permanently tied to the UAE region, even though everything else is U.S.-based. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a hidden cache, setting, or workaround to get the Developer Program to recognize the U.S. region correctly? Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance

No Renew button (membership)!
We had a work card attached to our developer's account. team ID 924RUYJZ34 dev ID 8771bf7b-31a9-4602-baae-02580fe5b6c4 Funds are debited from this card in other services, there are no problems with it, the amount in the account is sufficient. Our membership subscription did not renew automatically. The applications are blocked. We can't renew our subscription, there's no Renew button anywhere. There is no way to extend it on any device, web version, or anywhere else. We can't even cancel and re-arrange it, all the functions don't work. Please help us, how can we renew our subscription?!

Unity GameKit: signature does not match the authentication request data
I have a Unity application in which I'm implementing a GameCenter login with PlayFab. I fetch the items and use them in the PlayFab request, which returns me the error 'Authentication failed. Signature does not match the authentication request data'. I've reproduced the request using Insomnia with the same results. I have this exact same flow implemented in another application, which works normally. I'm positive that the PlayFab verification is correct, and there's indeed an issue with the data being sent, but I can't find any information about this kind of situation anywhere, and I don't know how to either reproduce the verification myself, or how to inspect the data to check for issues. I have reviewed my app's data on AppstoreConnect and have filled every form, document, and even its store page. I've also checked it's bundle identifier settings to make sure it had all the permissions necessary, which seems to be only GameCenter. I fetch the authentication items through this code try { Debug.Log("Fetching authentication items"); var fetchItemsResponse = await GKLocalPlayer.Local.FetchItems(); PlayFabGameCenterLogin(fetchItemsResponse); } catch (Exception ex) { Debug.Log("Error fetching authentication items: " + ex.Message); OnLoginFailure(); } Which is then sent to this method to start the login request static void PlayFabGameCenterLogin(GKIdentityVerificationResponse authenticationItems) { var request = new LoginWithGameCenterRequest(); request.CreateAccount = true; request.PlayerId = GKLocalPlayer.Local.GamePlayerId; request.InfoRequestParameters = new GetPlayerCombinedInfoRequestParams { GetUserAccountInfo = true }; if (authenticationItems != null) { request.PublicKeyUrl = authenticationItems.PublicKeyUrl; request.Salt = Convert.ToBase64String(authenticationItems.GetSalt()); request.Signature = Convert.ToBase64String(authenticationItems.GetSignature()); request.Timestamp = authenticationItems.Timestamp.ToString(); } else Debug.Log("Playfab Login with no authentication items"); // Login PlayFabClientAPI.LoginWithGameCenter(request, OnLoginSuccess, (e) => { I'm on Unity 2022.3.10f1 Apple.Core 3.1.3 Apple.GameKit 2.2.2 Xcode 16.2 I need information on what could be the cause of this, if it's a SDK issue, a lack of filling information somewhere, if it's some data compatibility issue (maybe data on the app that's not the same on the appstoreconnect or developer?), or if it's possible to verify the authentication data manually to investigate.

Missing CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notification before REFUND notification in App Store Server Notifications
We've observed two refund cases where we only received REFUND notifications without the expected CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notifications. Both cases came from the same user account. According to documentation, we should first receive CONSUMPTION_REQUEST before any REFUND notification. Has anyone encountered similar selective missing notifications? Could this be user-specific or related to particular refund circumstances? Environment: Production environment Valid server notifications setup (other notifications work fine) Only these two cases from same user showed this behavior
