Urgent: Developer Account Access Needed Before September
Hello everyone, I urgently need help with my Apple Developer account. It has been over one month since I started the enrollment process, and I still cannot access my account. My app must be published before September, and this delay is causing serious impact on my work. Every time I try to proceed, I get this error: pgsql Copy Edit Unable to find a team with the given Team ID '7QVTL796RL' to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support. https://developer.apple.com/support I have already contacted Apple Developer Program Support, but the issue is still unresolved. I am willing to provide any additional documents or payments immediately to get this fixed. This is time-sensitive and business-critical — if any Apple staff or experienced developers have advice, please let me know how I can escalate or resolve this quickly. Thank you in advance for any urgent help.

Missing CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notification before REFUND notification in App Store Server Notifications
We've observed two refund cases where we only received REFUND notifications without the expected CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notifications. Both cases came from the same user account. According to documentation, we should first receive CONSUMPTION_REQUEST before any REFUND notification. Has anyone encountered similar selective missing notifications? Could this be user-specific or related to particular refund circumstances? Environment: Production environment Valid server notifications setup (other notifications work fine) Only these two cases from same user showed this behavior

Enrollment Stuck: "Your enrollment is being processed" for 12 Days
Hello Apple Developer Support / Community, I’m reaching out for help regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. It’s been 12 days since I submitted all the required documents (photo ID, business verification, and company registration documents. I also replied to the email as instructed. Seven days ago, I received a response from a Senior Advisor saying the case was being reviewed and that I’d receive a reply soon—but nothing since then. The status still shows "Your enrollment is being processed." This delay is now affecting my business operations and launch timelines. I’ve done everything required—uploaded all documents, responded to support emails—but no progress or updates. Has anyone experienced similar delays? Is there any way to escalate this? Thank you in advance for any advice or assistance. Best regards, Gustave

Developer Program Membership Purchased – No Access to Benefits
Hi everyone, I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program membership. The payment was successful, and Apple Support confirmed that I already have a membership (Case ID: 102656430038). However, my account still doesn’t show any developer privileges, and I’m unable to access the program features. When I try to re-purchase, I get a message saying I already have a membership. Later, I received a message from Developer Support stating that my enrollment couldn’t be completed, with no clear explanation. Has anyone else faced this issue? What could be the reason, and how can I resolve it? If I can’t use the program, I’d like to know how to get a refund or what steps to take for a successful enrollment next time. Thanks, Satvir Singh

Feedback on several issues with ios26beta6
First of all, I found that after upgrading to this version, my phone gets extremely hot in the background (I upgraded to this version yesterday, and I was using iOS 18.6 before yesterday). It feels that the camera app has been upgraded inexplicably, the operation is particularly difficult to use, and it does not conform to logic at all. I don't know why it has been changed like this. Can you give users a choice and let them choose whether to use this new version of liquid glass or the classic one?😉 I don't know why the feedback assistant app can't be used, and I will show it in the video below.

Unable to Renew Developer Membership
This really shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the situation: We had a card linked to our Apple Developer account, which expired. It had already seen 2 successful membership purchases. We had auto-renewal turned on for the membership, which failed due to the expired card. I was unable to capture new payment details for about 2 days (battling with various Apple payment pages to get the new card added). But finally managed to do so. Now, there is no way to disable auto-renewal, and no way to trigger renewal. The membership is in expired status. We can't post updates, we can't take apps live. We have several clients eagerly awaiting publication of their apps. And Apple Support has been silent for over two weeks despite numerous requests. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I've tried almost every option described on every forum post.

Does in-app purchase allow dynamic amount set by user?
Hi, I have an app where user can select an amount within range 20$ - 2500$ and purchase tokens worth that amount, so if he pays 520$ he gets 520 tokens. They can then use these tokens to unlock content within the app. As far as I've seen, in-app purchase doesn't allow custom price set by user. So does this mean we can use third-party payment services? If no, how can we achieve this using in-app purchase. Thank you.

My clients are waiting, enrollment process more than one month ?
My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts... everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month. The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting... I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis . oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding... I'm losing money, time and hope to this system.

🔥 Developer Account Expired — No Option to Renew, No Timely Support (India)
I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. Developers outside the U.S. deserve better. JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED

How to keep Sign in with Apple users signed in after app transfer?
I'm currently transferring an iOS app to a new Apple Developer account and following the process outlined in Apple’s documentation: 🔗 TN3159 - Migrating Sign in with Apple users for an app transfer The process for generating transfer_identifiers and migrating existing users is clear, and I don’t expect issues with that part. However, I have a question about preserving the user session after the transfer. My setup: The app uses Sign in with Apple via a backend-based authentication flow. On login, the app retrieves the authorization_code and sends it to the backend. The backend exchanges the code for tokens from Apple, including a refresh_token. That refresh_token is then used on the backend to validate the user’s identity on subsequent requests. My concern: Once I initiate the app transfer, migrate users, and update the backend with new Apple credentials (client ID, team ID, etc.), I assume that the existing tokens issued under the old credentials will become invalid. So my question is: Is there a way to maintain the user’s authenticated session through this transition without requiring them to manually sign in again? I’d like to ensure a seamless experience for users, if possible.

Requesting Refund for Unintended Apple Developer Program Renewal
Hi everyone, I just noticed that my subscription to the Apple Developer Program was automatically renewed, but we’re currently not using it and had no plans to continue the subscription. I didn’t intend to renew and would like to request a full refund for the recent charge. I’ve submitted a message through the official support channel, but I’m posting here as well in case anyone has experienced something similar or can guide me on how long the refund process usually takes. Would really appreciate any advice or insights from the community or Apple staff. Thanks in advance!

your payments from apple are on hold
Hi everyone, I'm an indie developer and I'm currently dealing with a confusing and concerning issue with Apple. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. 🔻 What happened: I’m based in Poland and recently opened a sole proprietorship. A few days before the issue, I updated my W-8BEN tax form (correcting my personal ID to my business tax ID – NIP). Then, one day before my scheduled monthly payout, I received an email from Apple saying: "Your payments are on hold – we’ve noticed irregular activity on your account." All payments were suddenly put on hold with no specific reason given. My app remains live and available on the App Store. I wasn’t warned ahead of time, and there’s no detailed explanation from Apple so far. 🔸 My questions: Has anyone else had all their payments withheld right before payout like this? What were the reasons in your case (tax issues, account verification, “irregular activity”, etc.)? How long did it take to resolve, and did Apple eventually release the funds? I’ve contacted Apple Finance, but responses so far have been generic and slow. Any advice, experience, or clarification would be extremely appreciated — this payout is essential for covering my operating costs, and being left without funds so suddenly is pretty rough.

Push Notification
Hello. We're developing an app with Flutter that receives VoIP calls. However, when the app is in the background or closed, the push notification arrives, but the call doesn't. It works perfectly when the app is open. We use Firebase, Flutter, and JANUS WebRTC. We need to know what type of permissions or actions we should consider so that the app opens when it receives a call. How can we resolve this issue? Thank you very much.
