Hello, my Apple Developer Program had expired 20 days ago, but i cant renew in any way (auto-renew dont work, i dont have "renew button" on web, dont have it in iOS and macOS developer apps, so i cant renew it. Has anyone encountered this problem? How can i solve it and renew my membership?

I’m having an issue verifying a domain for a Merchant ID. I’m implementing Apple Pay on the web for a demo, and I’ve configured the Azure server to match Apple’s requirements for domain verification, such as the TLS configuration, not requiring client certificates, and ensuring there are no redirects. I’ve run tests with OpenSSL and PowerShell and all responses return HTTP/1.1 200 OK. I also tested the URL Apple says it uses to validate the file under .well-known, and it does show the expected result. I already have the Apple Pay Payment Processing Certificate and the Apple Pay Merchant Identity Certificate approved; the only thing missing is the domain verification. I’m not sure what else to test—if you could help me with a possible solution, I’d really appreciate it. (The project is built in .NET 8 and hosted on Azure App Service.)

Did Apple ever explain the issue? Is it better to wait for support to resolve the case, or create a new Apple ID and restart the enrollment process? Hello, I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program and the payment is visible in my Apple subscriptions as active. However, when I open the Apple Developer app, I see the message:“Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.” When I follow the link to enroll via the website, it asks me to pay again even though I have already been charged. I have contacted support twice but haven’t received a response yet. It seems like my enrollment is stuck or not finalized. Has anyone experienced this before? How did you resolve it? Hello, I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. During the email verification step, I encountered a technical error: no verification code was sent to my email (I confirmed the email address was correct and checked all folders). There was no "Resend" button available on the screen. After refreshing the page to try and fix the UI glitch, I was immediately blocked with the following error: "Contact us to continue your enrollment. You’ve exceeded the maximum number of attempts. Please contact us." I have already opened a support ticket (Case ID: 102824565622), but since this is a time-sensitive corporate enrollment, I am looking for advice. I want to know about the time it takes to transition from an individual to an organization with Apple's Developer Program. I received an email notifying me that the transition process would begin on February 2nd, 2026, and today, February 19th, 2026, everything still shows as being in progress without any changes. So I want to know the maximum timeframe or how to know if they are actually completing this process. I have sent two support emails, but received no response.

Anything that worked for someone in the same boat? I have a test group planned and would need to apply my app for testflight as soon as possible to leave some headroom.

Hello, I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program 1-Year Membership. Order Number: W1626930340 Order Date: February 16, 2026 Amount Charged: THB 3,590 My bank account was successfully charged, and I received a payment confirmation email. However, when I checked my order status, it shows "Cancelled" and says the item was discontinued and no invoice will be sent. I have not received any refund yet. I attempted to register with ADP from the developer app. After entering my driver's license, address, and name, a pop-up appeared stating “There may be an issue with your account.” Subsequently, the “Register Now” button for ADP within the app became inactive. Hi, Can someone advice me why my account has not been activated when payment was processed in my bank account for the $99 annual membership subscription, this is not the first apple has done this to me and getting annoyed of the non-service now.
