Hello, I’m reaching out here because I have exhausted all other support channels without success. I submitted an enrollment request for the Apple Developer Program on March 3, 2025 (Enrollment ID: 3CJFXN3AA3), and it’s now been over 2.5 months with no resolution. All required documents have been submitted, confirmed received by Apple Support, and multiple follow-ups have been made (Case #102541675488). Each time, I’m told that the case is still under review, but I haven’t received any clear update or timeline. Is there anything else I can do to move this process forward? Is there a better way to escalate or contact someone who can help finalize the review? Any advice or help from the community or Apple team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Daniyar

Hi, Having a weird issue that I’m noticing on Apple TVs with some apps that are by the same company. I think it’s storing residual user data if if you delete the app and all other apps relating to this. I have even tried deleting every app and reinstalling but we found two apps to be still logged in. Seams like a sandboxing bug and I presume it’s to do with App data stored in the shared app groups. I can only reset the apple tv to remove the user data. The two apps we can see are being persistent is Binge and Kayo by streamotion. We have tried problem solving this in every way imaginable but it’s Interesting that this is allowed to happen on an Apple platform. There is no active user logged into the apple TV with an Apple ID either

Is it possible to pay for a Apple Developer membership with a managed Apple ID as the account holder?

Hi everyone, We're hoping someone here can help us out. We've run into a consistent issue when trying to enroll a new Apple Developer account as an organisation using our DUNS number. Here's what we've experienced: Individual enrollment through the Developer app works perfectly with a new Apple ID. However, when using an existing Apple ID and selecting organization enrollment, the process gets stuck: The payment button is greyed out in the Developer app. We're then locked out of enrolling through the app entirely. 4. When trying to complete the enrollment via the Developer website, there’s no valid payment method available (e.g., VISA option missing CVV field), and any attempts to proceed just loop without success. We're essentially stuck in a limbo state where we can’t proceed. We’ve gone through all the support channels: The automated assistant (Gaby) is unable to resolve the issue or understand the full context. Live chat support for both individual and business accounts told us they can’t assist and referred us back to the developer support system—which leads us back to square one. All members of our team were able to enroll individually without issue, but organisation enrollment consistently failed. Business support and Commercial support (spoken to supervisors) are unable to assist. They really tried and made an effort. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to get in touch with a real person at Apple who can actually resolve this? What are our next steps? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am trying to add a custom domain to my iCloud+ Mail however when I try to add its main user/email address I get an error saying that the email is already in use with another apple account. After this I checked the duplicate account and since I had forgotten the password I reset it and logged in. Then I followed the instructs on https://support.apple.com/en-in/102283 to permanently delete my account. This request was initiated on 8 Feb 2025 but I received the final email that all my data had successfully been deleted from Apple's servers on 25 Feb 2025. Despite Apple's confirmation that my account had been deleted successfully, I am still unable to use that email address to create an iCloud+ Mail account, even after waiting a whole month! This is very frustrating. I contacted Apple support via chat and phone and after more than 30 mins of back and forth they instructed me to contact Developer Support which I did two days ago (case ID is 102546369564) still no response. I've got the initial WWDC beta of macOS 26 (25A5279m) installed inside a virtual machine (UTM), but can't seem to update to the second beta. Nothing is showing up within Software Update. Is this because it's within a VM, or am I doing something wrong? It'd be a real pain to have to install a new VM afresh with the RestoreImage for every update.

Hi, I made backup as Apple suggested. Then I updated to iOS 26 developer beta. Because it was slow and laggy I downgraded back to 18.5 with iTunes on MacBook. After restoring backup I cannot get history (recent calls) working. I tried to change region, airplane mode, reset network settings, change date and time, reboot (3x). Basically I guess I tried everything I cloud find online. Still call history doesn't work. Is there any fix for this? Before restoring backup I reinstalled everything in restore mode.

After I got my repaired phone back from the shop, I noticed that iphone mirroring is not functioning like normal. I tried every solutions from deleting the .plist files and reset my phone's connection, but now it seems like the problem comes from the mirroring app itself. After deleting the .plist file and resetting the MBP, the setup for the mirroring app won't let me continue, as clicking the "continue" button only flash the descriptions of the mirroring feature for a slight moment, then return to the same setup UI as before. Is there anyway to completely delete and reinstall this app so that it functions again?

I'm building a Live Activity using ActivityKit in iOS, and I'm trying to understand how apps like Uber or Lyft manage to keep the Dynamic Island always in its expanded state, without transitioning through the compact phase. In my implementation, the Live Activity always starts in the compact state, and only expands temporarily when I interact with it. I've tried the following: Updating the ContentState frequently using activity.update(using:) I tried updating the activity every 1 second, but it didn’t make a difference. Leaving the compactLeading, compactTrailing, and minimal regions empty using EmptyView() — also didn’t change the behavior. Delaying the initial update by 1 second — no effect. What I'm trying to figure out: Is there any way to programmatically force or request the Dynamic Island to stay in the expanded state? Could this behavior be achieved through push updates, using apns-push-type: liveactivity and a high priority (apns-priority)? What I’m trying to achieve is similar to the behavior shown in the images below — the apps do not transition to the compact island, but instead displays the expanded view immediately. Example:

Hello there I have got into a bit of an issue with the Apple TV 4k 3rd Gen with Ethernet . So I installed the iOS 26 beta to try out the new changes I usually do this on Apple TVs but in this case it has a bug where my apple music randomly skipped to the next songs . So after some bit of reading I got to know that the apple TV as a recovery mode which could be accessed by pressing home and pause/play buttons . After getting there I was required to bring an iPhone close to start the recovery process which I did but somehow that process always failed I tried to plug in the Ethernet cable since my apple TV is literally 3-5 inches away from my main router I even tried the recommended option of switching to a 2.4ghz connection but nothing worked . I would think that by apple getting rid of the USB ports on these things they had a reliable method of recovery in case of error because these are computers they are bound to fail at some point . So for now am stuck with a boot looping apple TV without a port and I don't even know how that too came about since the recovery process barely starts and fails. I'm running into issues with iOS respecting the HTTP 410 "Gone" response type. Setup: Using the native iOS Calendar app, add a new subscription calendar. "Add Subscription Calendar" Add the URL of a ICS calendar subscription that you control, e.g. https://mywebsite.com/userfeeds/23/cal.ics Make sure to select the "Account" option and choose "On My iPhone/iPad". Set the query amount to 15 mins. Calendar events show as expected, device queries the latest updates from the server every 15 minutes. Server returns HTTP 200 with the .ics contents. Now, assume there is a need for the feed to end - maybe the user unsubscribed to mywebsite.com. There is currently no way for the mywebsite.com server / response to tell the device the feed has ended and it should stop requesting. If the user forgets to go to calendar and manually unsubscribe the device will continually ping the server every 15 minutes indefinitely. It's turning into a virtual DoS for my platform. iOS should respect the HTTP 410 "Gone" header or something similar. If the server returns a HTTP 410 response code for https://mywebsite.com/userfeeds/23/cal.ics X amount of times, the feed should be automatically removed. I've opened several tickets over the last 3 years and have not even had a status change on the tickets. Does anyone know how to resolve this or a work around?

m personal iPhone is managed by an Unauthorized and Unknown mdm management team, The profile isn’t showing up in VPN Settings and I can’t remove them from having Remote access and control over my Personal Device! Hello! I just realized thaty I had signed up for this developer account some time ago without making any meaningful attempt to introduce myself other than attending a few of the Apple meetups at NeurIPS and ICML conferences. As a quick introduction I come from a background in open source development, most notably associated with the "Automunge" python library for dataframe encodings / missing data infill. I also have some background supporting Apple in context of volunteering as an executive officer for an IEEE Standards Association working group developing floating point arithmetic / data types for machine learning. Beyond that have been a dedicated user with frequent product feedback to various channels over the years. I am currently self employed and focussing on building an IP portfolio and investing.
