I'm new to AppStore Connect, and I'm learning how subscriptions work.
I'm finalizing my first app, but on my TF, I'm having some issues with the price: it's always displayed in US dollars on my paywall. When I tap "subscribe," the Apple sheet correctly offers the price in euros.
I'm using Product.displayPrice to display the price in my paywall. The documentation did mention it is
The localized string representation of the product price, suitable for display.
So, is it normal in my case for the price in dollars to be displayed and not the price in euros like the Apple sheet?

I am developing and testing Apple Promotional Offers and encountered issues during implementation.
Purchase Failure
When using the following API, the promotional purchase sheet is displayed, but after attempting payment, the transaction fails.

Does Promotional Offers support testing with .storekit files in Xcode?
Can Promotional Offers be tested with sandbox accounts using real offers configured in App Store Connect?
How should I troubleshoot and resolve the above issues?
• Could it be related to the subscription history of the sandbox account?
• Do I need to use TestFlight instead of Xcode to test certain scenarios?
• Could this be caused by signature parameters or StoreKit configuration?
Im building a small iphone app with StoreKit and currently testing it in testflight right on my mac, not on iphone. StoreKit part almost exactly copied from SKDemo from one of the Apple's WWDC. For some users and for myself Transaction.currentEntitlements always returns .unverified results. I double-checked Apple Connect settings, i checked my internet connection and everything is fine. Is there some pitfalls for testflight on mac? How can I find out what is causing this problem?
The development subscription management screen for managing your sandbox account subscriptions is today showing products that belong to other apps.
Is there a known issue right now?

For Apple subscription payments, my server does not receive notifications for production environment payments, but it can receive notifications for sandbox payments at the same notification address.
Dear Apple Developer Support,
Our iOS application offers subscriptions with a free trial period. We understand that in South Korea, due to local subscription regulations, users must explicitly provide consent for recurring payments before the subscription converts from a free trial to a paid period.
We have the following questions regarding how StoreKit handles this scenario:
When a free trial is about to convert to a paid subscription for a user in South Korea, does StoreKit send a StoreKit.Message (or SKStorefront.Message) to the application to obtain the required consent for recurring payments?
If such a message is sent, would the Reason for this message be StoreKit.Message.Reason.priceIncreaseConsent, or would it be another specific reason related to initial recurring payment consent after a trial?
If our application receives such a message and we choose to defer its display, what is the maximum recommended or permissible deferral period?
Is it possible to save the data of a received StoreKit.Message and display it to the user at a later time, for instance, after the application has been closed and subsequently reopened? Are there any best practices or limitations regarding this?
We need this information to ensure our application correctly handles these consent requirements in compliance with South Korean policies and provides a smooth user experience.

I have an app with In-App purchase set up, it works fine in TestFlight on an iOS device but the download from the App Store gives me a transaction failed message.
I tried to replicate in the simulator but from what I've read is that you can't do in-app purchase testing in the simulator. Perhaps I'm wrong here but I've tried multiple sandbox accounts, etc.. and still get an unusual "...password can't be reused..." error (pasted below) in the debug description.
I'm curious if anyone else has dealt with this scenario and if so how did you go about researching/identifying the issue and/or resolving it.

I would like to ask a question about Apple's purchase processing.
When retrieving purchase information for a user who has multiple original transaction IDs, such as original transaction ID AAA and original transaction ID BBB, if "Get All Subscription Statues" is executed with BBB as an argument, is it possible that purchase information for original transaction ID "AAA" will be retrieved?
If this kind of issue does occur, please share the conditions under which it occurs.

If a user is eligible for the winback offer, will the winback offer sheet be displayed every time the app is launched?
Or will the OS adjust the display frequency in some way?

the email say this notification type will be available to you in production beginning May 27, 2025, and you can test it in sandbox now. but i didn't receice this notification yet
One of our customers subscribed to a monthly plan on August 16 but the server-to-server notification seems to have been sent on August 18.
What could be the reasons for such a delay between the purchase and the server-to-server notification which are usually sent right after the purchase?
The receipt sent along with the notification seems to confirm that the receipt has only been created 2 days after the purchase. Here is an extract:

Hi,
This is the first time I'm submitting an app using IAP with auto-renewing subscriptions. Everything keeps getting rejected (specifically, my subscriptions), and instead of telling me what's wrong or what I need to fix, my reviewer just keeps regurgitating generic passages from the rules.
Is there a site/tutorial/whatever that explains how to set these up and submit them? I haven't found anything that looks official/legit, so I'll settle on something recommended by someone who has been through the process.
I would appreciate any help. I have been at this for DAYS and am at my wits end.

I’m implementing subscriptions and running tests, and I noticed a behavior I’d like to confirm.
Plans in the app
Basic — Monthly
Basic — Annual
Premium — Monthly
Premium — Annual
Test environment
Sandbox (where ~1 day ≈ under 1 minute of real time)
steps
Start Basic (Monthly) using an introductory offer (free trial).
Create a crossgrade to Basic (Annual) (scheduled/queued).
3.After receiving a RENEWAL App Store Server Notification indicating the plan will move from trial to paid Basic (Annual), but before the trial actually expires, upgrade the user to Premium (Monthly).
Observed behavior (Sandbox) & questions
Even though there is still up to ~1 day of trial remaining (≈ under 1 minute in Sandbox), upgrading to Premium (Monthly) immediately ends the trial and activates the paid Premium plan right away.
Will this same behavior occur in Production?
If yes, is this the expected/acceptable behavior when upgrading during an active trial after a pending crossgrade?
Note: If we upgrade to Premium before the RENEWAL notification arrives, the remaining trial time is carried over in our tests.
In this flow, we see a RENEWAL notification for Basic (Annual) (moving from trial → paid), but then the user immediately upgrades to Premium (Monthly) and the trial ends at that moment.
In Production, would the charge for Basic (Annual) be refunded automatically since the user effectively switches to Premium immediately (and Basic Annual does not remain active)?
In Sandbox there’s no real charge, but I want to ensure we won’t see a situation in Production where Basic (Annual) is billed and not refunded, even though the subscription effectively moved to Premium right away.

When submitting an app for review, will any unreviewed auto-renewing subscriptions within the app be reviewed simultaneously?
I own an app that has passed review and offers an auto-renewing subscription A within the app that has also passed review.
To test a new service, I plan to create a new auto-renewing subscription B, which I do not intend to submit for review.
After creating Subscription B, I plan to submit the app for review as part of an app update.
In that case, is there a possibility that Subscription B will also be reviewed?
Hi everyone,
After my app was initially rejected, all my IAPs now show the status “Developer Action Needed.” There’s nothing I need to change on them — they were just returned because it was the first submission and the app itself was rejected.
Do I need to do anything with the IAPs before I resubmit, or will they still be attached and reviewed automatically with the next binary? I’ve seen conflicting answers, so I’d like to confirm the correct process.

We distribute apps that offer auto-renewing subscriptions.
In order to test a new service, we would like to create a new subscription group and subscription product (hereinafter referred to as “test subscription”) for this app.
If the “In-app purchase statuses” of the test subscription is “Ready to Submit” is the following behavior correct?
・General end users cannot purchase the test subscription.
・Users with SANDBOX Apple accounts can purchase the test subscription.
When I added the ExcelIO library to my app and compiled it, the following error occurred:

What should I do?
I am currently developing an auto-renewal subscription in-app purchase for my app.
Currently, the subscription items have already been approved in appStoreConnect, and the .store file is synced with appStoreConnect, so the subscription items are displayed well and the test is also progressing well.
However, when I build without using the .store file to perform sandbox testing, the subscription items do not appear and response.invalidProductIdentifiers appears.
Is there anything I need to do additionally so that the subscription items can appear in response.products?
ps. The bank account item in the contract is in 'processing' status, and the paid app contract status is 'waiting for user information'.
I’m seeing an issue with subscriptions in TestFlight builds on iOS 26. Running from Xcode works as expected, and the App Store build looks fine. But when I install the same build via TestFlight, transaction.subscriptionStatus is nil.
The identical binary behaves correctly on an iOS 18 device.
Is this expected behavior on iOS 26 TestFlight, or am I missing something?

When trying to login with sandbox account in my simulator, nothing happens, it just become inactive for few seconds and then it become active again prompting that I can login, again and again.
